1. Introducción

This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of the UEi Test Instruments DTH880 Wall Mounted Temperature and Humidity Tester. 4.1. Elementos de visualización

5. Configuración

5.1. Instalación de la batería

1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the DTH880 unit.

5.2. Opciones de montaje

The DTH880 offers flexible placement options:

• Montaje en pared: Use the integrated keyhole slot on the back of the unit to hang it on a screw or nail on a wall. Ensure the mounting surface is stable and the unit is level.
• Montaje en escritorio: Utilize the built-in kickstand on the back of the unit to place it upright on any flat surface, such as a desk or shelf.

6. Operación

6.1. Encendido / apagado

The DTH880 powers on automatically once batteries are installed. There is no dedicated power button. To power off, remove the batteries.

6.2. Lectura de medidas

Once powered on, the current temperature and relative humidity will be displayed on the LCD screen.

6.3. Cambio de unidades de temperatura (°C/°F)

Mientras viewing MAX or MIN records, press the CLR button to clear the stored maximum and minimum values. The display will return to current readings.

6.6. Using Data Hold

• No Display / Unit Not Turning On:

  • Note that the humidity sensor may not read below 25% RH accurately, as noted by some users. This is within the specified operating range of 25% to 95% RH.
