Configuración

1. Conectar el suministro de aire: Attach the provided air hose connector to your air compressor's hose. Ensure a secure, leak-free connection. The tool operates with a maximum input pressure of 145 PSI, with an optimal operating pressure of 100 PSI.
2. Ajustar la presión del aire: Use the adjustable air regulator on the tool to set the desired operating pressure. Start with a lower pressure and increase as needed for the material consistency.
3. Load Bulk Material:
   • Unscrew the quick release end cap from the barrel.
   • Insert the bulk material into the barrel. For efficient loading, utilize the reverse air plunger return feature by triggering the tool while the plunger is positioned to draw material into the barrel.
   • Replace and secure the end cap.
4. Adjuntar boquilla: Select an appropriate yellow cone nozzle for your application and securely attach it to the front of the applicator.

Operación

1. Iniciar flujo: Point the nozzle at the desired application area. Press the trigger to begin dispensing material. The piston rod action will push the bulk material through the nozzle.
