Configuración y montaje

1. Desembalaje: Retire con cuidado todos los componentes del embalaje. Compruebe si presentan daños.
2. Conexión de la manguera: Inserte la manguera flexible en la entrada de succión de la unidad principal hasta que encaje firmemente en su lugar.
3. Assembling the Telescopic Pipe: Attach the telescopic pipe to the hose handle. Adjust its length by pressing the release button and extending or retracting the pipe.
4. Attaching Cleaning Head: Select the desired cleaning head (e.g., 2-in-1 brush for hard floor/carpet, turbo brush) and attach it to the end of the telescopic pipe.
5. Preparing for Aqua Filtration:
   • Open the water tank compartment.
   • Retire el tanque de agua.
   • Fill the water tank with clean water up to the indicated maximum level (0.5 L). Do not overfill.
   • Securely place the filled water tank back into the compartment.
6. Using Dry Dust Collection (Optional): If you prefer dry dust collection, ensure the interim dry dust collection bowl is installed instead of the water tank.

Instrucciones de funcionamiento

Follow these steps for effective cleaning with your VITEK VT-1838-I vacuum cleaner.

1. Conexión de energía: Extienda el cable de alimentación y conéctelo a una toma eléctrica adecuada.
2. Encendido/apagado: Presione el botón de encendido ubicado en la unidad principal para encender o apagar la aspiradora.
3. Ajuste de la potencia de succión: Rotate the speed control knob on the main unit to adjust the suction power from minimum (MIN) to maximum (MAX) as needed for different surfaces and cleaning tasks.
4. Usando archivos adjuntos:
   • Cepillo 2 en 1: Use the switch on the brush to extend bristles for hard floors or retract them for carpets.
   • Cepillo Turbo: Ideal para limpieza profunda de alfombras y eliminación de pelos de mascotas.
   • Cepillo pequeño: Suitable for delicate surfaces, shelves, and upholstery.
   • Boquilla para rincones: Perfecto para espacios estrechos, esquinas y bordes.
   • Cepillo para muebles: Designed for cleaning upholstery and curtains.
5. Automatic Cord Winding: After use, press the cord rewind button on the main unit to automatically retract the power cord.

Mantenimiento

El mantenimiento regular garantiza un rendimiento óptimo y prolonga la vida útil de su aspiradora.

1. Vaciado y limpieza del tanque de agua:
   • After each use with aqua filtration, remove the water tank.
   • Carefully empty the dirty water into a drain.
   • Rinse the tank thoroughly with clean water and allow it to air dry completely before reassembling.
2. Emptying the Dry Dust Collection Bowl: If using the dry dust collection bowl, empty its contents regularly into a waste bin.
3. Limpieza de filtros:
   • Filtro HEPA: The HEPA filter should be cleaned periodically. Tap it gently to remove dust or rinse under cold running water if washable (refer to specific filter instructions). Ensure it is completely dry before reinstallation.
   • Filtro de espuma: The foam filter can be rinsed under cold running water. Squeeze out excess water and allow it to air dry completely.
   • Cyclonic Duo Filter: Disassemble and clean the cyclonic filter components as needed, rinsing with water and ensuring they are dry before reassembly.
4. Limpieza general: Limpie el exterior de la aspiradora con un paño suave y seco.amp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Clean attachments as needed.

Solución de problemas

• Sin energía: Check if the power cord is securely plugged into the outlet and the vacuum cleaner. Ensure the outlet is functional.
• Pérdida de succión:
  • Check if the water tank is properly filled or the dry dust collection bowl is empty.
  • Inspect the hose, telescopic pipe, and attachments for blockages.
  • Clean or replace the HEPA, foam, and cyclonic filters.
  • Ensure all connections (hose to unit, pipe to hose, attachment to pipe) are secure.
• Ruido inusual: Turn off and unplug the vacuum. Check for any foreign objects in the brush, hose, or filters.
• Fuga de agua: Ensure the water tank is correctly seated and not overfilled. Check for any cracks or damage to the water tank or seals.
