5. Instrucciones de instalación

5.2 pasos de instalación
- Cierre el suministro de agua: Locate and turn off the main water supply to your shower area. Open existing shower faucets to relieve pressure.

- Prepare New Shower Arm: Apply plumber's tape clockwise around the threaded end of the new Kohler shower arm (the end that connects to the wall). Ensure several wraps for a watertight seal.
- Instalar brida: Slide the decorative flange over the shower arm, ensuring it faces the wall.
- Attach Shower Arm to Wall: Carefully thread the shower arm into the 1/2-inch NPT wall fitting. Hand-tighten first, then use an adjustable wrench to tighten an additional 1/2 to 1 full turn until secure and properly oriented. Do not overtighten.

- To use the Showerhead: Ensure the diverter handle is in the position that directs water upwards to the showerhead.
- To use the Handshower: Rotate the diverter handle to the position that directs water downwards to the handshower.
- To turn off water: Use your shower's main faucet handle to stop the water flow. The diverter only controls the direction of water, not the on/off function or temperature.
