4. Configuración y ajuste

  1. Position the Helmet: Place the helmet on your head so it is level and covers your forehead. The front edge should be about one or two finger-widths above your eyebrows.

  2. Adjust the Retention System: Locate the adjustable dial at the back of the helmet. Turn the dial clockwise to tighten the fit until the helmet feels snug but comfortable, without causing pressure points. Turn counter-clockwise to loosen.

  3. Adjust the Chin Straps: Fasten the chin strap buckle. Adjust the straps so they form a "V" shape under your ears. The buckle should be centered under your chin. Tighten the chin strap so that no more than one or two fingers can fit between the strap and your chin.
