  • Limpieza: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents. Do not spray liquids directly onto the device.
  • Manejo: Avoid dropping or subjecting the unit to strong impacts. Protect the knobs and connectors from excessive force.

4. Solución de problemas

If you encounter issues with your Midiplus Studio 4, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • If the device is not receiving enough power from the USB bus, connect an external +5V power supply to the mini USB port.
  • Reinicie su computadora.

Sin salida de sonido:

  • Check all cable connections to your monitors and headphones.
  • Ensure the Monitor Volume and Headphone Gain knobs are turned up.
  • Verify that the correct input/output routing is selected using the IN/OUT buttons.
  • Check your computer's sound settings and your DAW's audio preferences to ensure the Midiplus Studio 4 is selected as the input/output device.
  • Ensure the LED meters are showing activity when audio is present.

Señal de entrada demasiado baja/alta:

  • Adjust the GAIN knobs for the respective inputs.
  • Ensure the LINE/INST switch is set correctly for your connected device (e.g., INST for guitars, LINE for keyboards).

  • Ensure you are using ASIO drivers (Windows) or Core Audio (Mac) for optimal performance.
