3. Instrucciones de funcionamiento
3.1. Ajuste de DPI
The mouse features a dedicated DPI button, usually located behind the scroll wheel. Press this button to cycle through the available DPI settings: 1000, 1600, and 2000 DPI. A higher DPI setting results in faster cursor movement, while a lower DPI provides more precise control.
3.2. 4D Scroll Wheel
The scroll wheel on your FG10 mouse supports 4-way scrolling. In addition to vertical scrolling, you can tilt the scroll wheel left or right to perform horizontal scrolling. For full functionality, you may need to install the A4 Tech software.
3.3. 8-in-1 Software Customization
To unlock advanced customization options for your mouse buttons, download the '8-in-1' software from the official A4 Tech website. This software allows you to assign up to 8 different functions to the mouse buttons, enhancing productivity and user experience.

4. Mantenimiento
4.1. Limpieza
To maintain optimal performance and hygiene, clean your mouse regularly. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a mild cleaning solution. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these can damage the mouse's surface or internal components.
4.2. Reemplazo de la batería
When the mouse's performance degrades or it stops responding, it's likely time to replace the battery. Follow the battery installation steps outlined in Section 2.1. Always use a fresh AA alkaline battery for best results.
5. Solución de problemas
5.1. El ratón no responde
- Comprobar la batería: Asegúrese de que la batería esté correctamente instalada y tenga suficiente carga. Reemplácela si es necesario.
- Comprobar receptor: Make sure the Nano USB receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port on your computer. Try a different USB port.
- Ciclo de energía: Turn the mouse off and then on again using the power switch on its underside.
- Distancia: Ensure the mouse is within the 15-meter operating range of the receiver and there are no significant obstructions.
5.2. Conexión intermitente
- Interferencia: Aleje el mouse y el receptor de otros dispositivos inalámbricos (por ejemplo, enrutadores Wi-Fi, teléfonos inalámbricos) que puedan causar interferencias.
- Puerto USB: Try plugging the receiver into a USB port on the front of your computer or using a USB extension cable to bring the receiver closer to the mouse.
- Configuración de DPI: Adjust the DPI setting to a level that suits your preference and task.
