3. Select your desired protein (Beef, Chicken, Pork, Fish) using the PRESET toggle.
4. Select your desired doneness level (e.g., RARE, MED RARE, MED, MED WELL, WELL) using the temperature arrows.
5. Press START/STOP to begin cooking. The unit will automatically monitor the internal temperature and alert you when your food is ready.
