4. Instrucciones de funcionamiento
4.1 Carga del filamento
Ensure the hotend is preheated to the appropriate temperature for your filament type (e.g., 200°C for PLA). Insert the filament into the extruder and feed it through until it emerges from the nozzle. The powerful extruder ensures smooth and consistent filament feeding.

Figure 4.1: The Double Gear Extrusion Mechanism provides strong torque and optimized feeding for various filament types.
4.2 Iniciar una impresión
Prepare your 3D model using slicing software (e.g., Cura) and save it to the provided memory card. Insert the memory card into the printer's card reader. Navigate the printer's menu to select your desired file and start the print. The hot bed will quickly reach its target temperature (100℃ in about 5 minutes) for optimal adhesion.

4.3 Resume from Power Outage
The Mega Zero 2.0 is equipped with a resume printing function. In case of a power failure or accidental pause, the printer will automatically resume the print from where it left off once power is restored, saving your progress and filament.

5. Mantenimiento
El mantenimiento regular garantiza la longevidad y el rendimiento óptimo de su impresora 3D.
5.1 Limpieza de la plataforma de impresión
- After each print, allow the magnetic build plate to cool down before removing the print.
- Wipe the print surface with isopropyl alcohol (IPA) and a clean cloth to remove any residue and ensure good adhesion for future prints.
5.2 Mantenimiento de la boquilla
- Periodically check the nozzle for clogs. If a clog occurs, preheat the hotend and use a thin needle or cleaning filament to clear the obstruction.
- Ensure the nozzle is securely tightened when cold, but avoid overtightening.
5.3 Lubricación e inspección
- Regularly inspect the lead screws and smooth rods for dust or debris. Clean them with a lint-free cloth.
- Apply a small amount of lithium grease or specialized lubricant to the lead screws and smooth rods every few months to ensure smooth movement.
- Check all belts for proper tension. They should be taut but not overly tight.
6. Solución de problemas
Esta sección aborda problemas comunes que puede encontrar y proporciona soluciones.
6.1 Problemas de adhesión de la impresión
- Problema: Prints do not stick to the build plate.
- Solución:
- Ensure the print bed is properly leveled. Re-level if necessary.
- Clean the print surface with isopropyl alcohol to remove oils or residues.
- Increase the hot bed temperature slightly (e.g., +5°C).
- Apply a thin layer of glue stick or painter's tape to the print surface for extra adhesion.
6.2 El filamento no se extruye
- Problema: No filament comes out of the nozzle during printing.
- Solución:
- Check if the filament is tangled or has run out.
- Verify the hotend temperature is correct for the filament type.
- Clear any clogs in the nozzle using a cleaning needle.
- Inspect the extruder gear for debris or wear.
6.3 Mala calidad de impresión
- Problema: Layers are inconsistent, prints are stringy, or have gaps.
- Solución:
- Verifique la calidad del filamento y asegúrese de que esté seco.
- Adjust print speed and retraction settings in your slicing software.
- Ensure the print bed is stable and the printer is on a level surface to prevent wobbling.
- Verify that all belts are properly tensioned.
