Cable neutro requerido: This smart switch requires a neutral wire (typically white) in the switch box for proper operation. Verify its presence before purchase and installation.
Red Wi Fi: The switch supports only 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks. It is not compatible with 5GHz Wi-Fi.
Compatibilidad de carga: Maximum load capacity is 500W for incandescent bulbs, 150W for LED bulbs, and 1000W for resistive loads. Do not exceed these limits.
Circuit Types: Supports single-pole and 3-way circuits. Not compatible with 4-way circuits.
Configuración de 3 vías: In a 3-way setup, this smart switch must only be connected to a standard (dumb) 3-way switch. It is not compatible with other smart switches, dimmer switches, or add-on switches in a 3-way configuration.
Not for Fans: This switch is not recommended for controlling ceiling fans.

3. Producto terminadoview

The EVA LOGIK WF30S Smart Light Switch is designed for convenient control of your lighting. It features an on/off function and is compatible with various bulb types. The switch is built with a durable aluminum backplate for enhanced heat resistance and electrical safety.

3.1 Características principales

4. Instalación y configuración

4.1 Lista de verificación previa a la instalación

Confirm presence of a neutral wire (usually white) in your switch box.

Verify the load does not exceed 500W Incandescent, 150W LED, or 1000W Resistive.

4.2 Instrucciones de cableado

Follow the wiring diagram carefully. Use the provided wiring labels to identify wires if needed.

Identificar cables: Identify the Line (hot), Load, Neutral, and Ground wires. For 3-way setups, identify the two Traveler wires.
Conectar nuevo conmutador: Connect the wires to the corresponding terminals on the EVA LOGIK Smart Switch. This switch uses screw terminals for secure connections.

Suelo: Green wire to Ground terminal.

Viajero (para 3 vías): Red wires to Traveler terminals.

Interruptor de montaje: Carefully push the wired switch back into the wall box and secure it with screws. Attach the wallplate.

To enable smart features, you need to connect the switch to the Smart Life app and then integrate with your preferred voice assistant.

4.3.1 Conexión de la aplicación Smart Life

4.3.2 Integración con Amazon Alexa

Enable the Smart Life skill and link your Smart Life account.
Discover devices. Alexa will find your new smart switch.
You can now control your switch using voice commands.

4.3.3 Integración del Asistente de Google

Tap '+' then 'Set up device' > 'Works with Google'.
Buscar 'Smart Life' and link your Smart Life account.
Assign your smart switch to a room for easier control.

5. Instrucciones de funcionamiento

5.1 controles manuales

Press the bottom part of the switch paddle to toggle the connected light on or off. The switch functions as a traditional on/off switch.

5.2 Control remoto mediante la aplicación Smart Life

Once connected to the Smart Life app, you can control your lights from anywhere with an internet connection.

5.4 Programación y temporizadores

Set up schedules or countdown timers through the Smart Life app to automate your lighting.

Configuración de horario: Program lights to turn on or off at specific times (e.g., 8:00 AM).
Contador regresivo: Set a timer for the light to turn off after a specified duration (e.g., 1 hour later).

6. Mantenimiento

Limpieza: To clean the switch, wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
Actualizaciones de firmware: Periodically check the Smart Life app for available firmware updates for your switch. Updates can improve performance and add new features.
Ciclo de energía: If the switch becomes unresponsive, try turning off the power at the circuit breaker for 30 seconds, then restore power.

7. Solución de problemas

If you encounter issues with your EVA LOGIK Smart Light Switch, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

Switch does not turn on/off manually.	No power, incorrect wiring, or faulty bulb.	Check circuit breaker. Verify wiring connections (Line, Load, Neutral, Ground). Test with a known working bulb.
Switch cannot connect to Wi-Fi.	Incorrect Wi-Fi band (5GHz), weak signal, or incorrect password.	Ensure your router is broadcasting a 2.4GHz network. Move the switch closer to the router. Re-enter Wi-Fi password carefully. Reset the switch to pairing mode.
El control de voz no funciona.	Smart Life skill not enabled/linked, device not discovered, or incorrect voice command.	Verify Smart Life skill is enabled and linked in Alexa/Google Home app. Redo device discovery. Use correct device name in commands.
Light flickers or does not turn off completely.	Incompatible bulb type or load, or minimum load not met.	Ensure bulbs are compatible and within wattage limits. Some LED bulbs may require a bypass capacitor (not included) if flickering occurs at low loads.
3-way setup not functioning correctly.	Incorrect wiring, or connected to another smart/dimmer switch.	Review 3-way wiring diagram. Ensure the other switch is a standard (dumb) 3-way switch, not a smart or dimmer switch.
Switch becomes unresponsive.	Fallo temporal de software o problema de energía.	Perform a power cycle by turning off the circuit breaker for 30 seconds, then restoring power. Check for firmware updates in the Smart Life app.
