- Ensure the mount is securely installed before placing a device in it. A loose mount can obstruct your view or become a projectile in an accident.
- Do not install the mount in a location that obstructs your driving view or interferes with airbags.

4. Configuración e instalación
The pTron Mount ST4F can be installed on your car's dashboard or windshield.
4.1. Elección de la ubicación de instalación
Seleccione una superficie plana y limpia en el tablero o parabrisas que no obstruya su view of the road or interfere with vehicle controls and safety features like airbags.
4.2. Colocación de la base de succión
- Limpie minuciosamente la superficie elegida para garantizar una succión óptima.
- Retire la película protectora de la ventosa.
- Place the suction cup firmly against the desired surface.
- Presione hacia abajo el 1-button lock lever located on the base to create a strong vacuum seal. Ensure the base is securely attached and does not wobble.

4.3. Attaching the Mobile Holder
- Loosen the collar nut on the ball joint of the telescopic arm.
- Align the mobile holder (clamp) with the ball joint and push it onto the ball until it is seated properly.
- Tighten the collar nut to secure the mobile holder in place. Do not overtighten.

5. Instrucciones de funcionamiento
5.1. Inserción del dispositivo
- Gently pull apart the two side arms of the mobile holder. The holder is designed to accommodate devices with a screen size range of 50mm-95mm (width).
- Place your smartphone or small tablet into the holder, ensuring it is centered and held securely by the cushion-based side arms.
- Release the side arms slowly to allow them to grip your device firmly. The cushion padding protects your device from scratches.

5.2. Ajuste Viewing Angle and Position
- Rotación de 360°: The mobile holder can be rotated 360 degrees to switch between portrait and landscape viewing modes. Loosen the collar nut slightly, adjust the angle, and then re-tighten.
- Brazo telescópico: The telescopic arm can be extended by approximately 2 inches to bring your device closer for better viewing. Loosen the locking knob on the arm, extend or retract, and then re-tighten the knob.
- Ajuste de inclinación: The ball joint allows for tilting the device up, down, left, or right. Loosen the collar nut, adjust the tilt, and then re-tighten.

6. Mantenimiento
6.1. Cleaning the Suction Base
If the suction base loses its grip, it can often be restored to its prime condition:
- Carefully detach the mount from the surface.
- Rinse the suction cup with warm water.
- Allow it to air dry completely. Do not use cloths or paper towels, as they can leave lint.
- Once dry, the suction power should be restored.
6.2. Limpieza General
