This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient use of your Redodo 12V 200Ah Plus Lithium LiFePO4 Battery. Please read thoroughly before installation and operation.

2. Información de seguridad

Always observe the following safety precautions to prevent injury or damage to the battery:

• No cortocircuite, desarme, aplaste, caliente ni incinere la batería.

• Ensure screws are properly tightened when connecting batteries.
• Use only a LiFePO4 battery charger with activation function. Other chargers may not recognize the battery when its voltage es bajo.

4. Instalación y conexión

The Redodo 12V 200Ah Plus LiFePO4 Battery is designed for versatility in various applications. Follow these guidelines for proper installation and connection:

• Conexión de terminal: Use the provided M8-5/8" terminal bolts to secure connections. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent loosening and overheating. If using OT terminals with thickness less than 2mm, add gaskets for lock attachment.
• Conexiones serie/paralelo: The battery supports up to 4 units in series and 4 in parallel. Always connect batteries of the same brand, type, voltage, BMS, and age (within 1 month) for optimal performance and safety.
• Aplicaciones: Ideal for home solar storage, RV, marine, trolling motors (30-70lb), off-grid systems, cabins, and UPS.

5. Carga

The Redodo LiFePO4 battery supports various charging methods for convenience and rapid recharge:

• Cargador LiFePO4: For best performance, charge daily at 0.2C with a 40A LiFePO4 charger.
• Panel solar + MPPT: Utilize solar panels (≥800W recommended) with an MPPT charge controller for efficient solar charging.
• Alternador + Cargador DC-DC: Charge from your vehicle's alternator using a DC-DC charger.
• Generador + Cargador CA-CC: Use a generator with an AC-DC charger for flexible charging options.
• Recarga rápida: Achieve a full charge in 2-5 hours with 40A-100A charging.

6. Operación

7. Mantenimiento

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and performance of your Redodo LiFePO4 battery:

• Carga regular: For optimal performance, charge the battery daily at 0.2C (e.g., 40A for a 200Ah battery).
• Almacenamiento: If storing the battery for extended periods, charge it to approximately 50% capacity every 3 months.
• Inspección: Periodically inspect terminals for corrosion and ensure connections remain tight.
• Temperatura: Operate and store the battery within recommended temperature ranges to maximize lifespan.

8. Solución de problemas

The integrated BMS provides comprehensive protection. If you encounter issues, check the following:

• Sin salida de potencia: Check if the battery is fully charged. The BMS may have triggered due to over-discharge, over-current, or over-temperature.
