5. Configuración

5.1 Desembalaje y colocación

1. Retire con cuidado la impresora de su embalaje. Conserve todo el material de embalaje para su posterior transporte.

5.2 Conexión de alimentación y USB

1. Connect the power cable to the printer and then to a grounded 220V power outlet.

1. Insert the provided USB drive or navigate to the specified download link for AcroRIP White ver9.0 software.

6.1 Proceso general de impresión

1. Prepare your print file in AcroRIP White ver9.0 software.
2. Select the appropriate print settings, including resolution (1440x1440 dpi recommended for high quality), color mode, and material type.
3. Place the object to be printed on the printer tray or rotary attachment.
4. Adjust the print height to ensure proper clearance between the print head and the object (maximum 15 cm).
5. Initiate the print job from the software. The printer will automatically apply UV ink and cure it instantly.

6.2 Flatbed Printing

For flat objects such as phone cases, panels, or tiles:

1. Ensure the vacuum suction platform is active to secure the material.
2. Place the flat object directly onto the printer tray within the 32 x 50 cm print area.
3. Proceed with the general printing process.

6.3 Cylinder/Bottle Printing

For cylindrical objects like bottles or cups (2-11 cm diameter):

1. Install the cylinder rotary attachment onto the printer tray.
2. Secure the cylindrical object onto the rotary attachment.
3. Adjust the print height and software settings for cylindrical printing.
4. Proceed with the general printing process.
