3. Guía de configuración

3.1 Carga de los auriculares y el estuche

3.2 Emparejamiento con su dispositivo

The Aptkdoe BK01 earbuds feature one-step auto-pairing for convenience.

5. Mantenimiento

5.1 Impermeabilización

The Aptkdoe BK01 earbuds are IPX7 waterproof, meaning they are protected against temporary immersion in water (up to 1 meter for 30 minutes). They are resistant to rain, sweat, and splashes, making them suitable for workouts and outdoor activities.

Note: The charging case is not waterproof. Do not expose the charging case to water or moisture.

6.1 Problemas de emparejamiento

• Los auriculares no se conectan: Ensure both earbuds are in the charging case, then open the lid. Check if Bluetooth is enabled on your device and that the earbuds are selected.
• Solo funciona un auricular: Vuelve a colocar ambos auriculares en el estuche de carga, cierra la tapa, espera unos segundos y vuelve a abrirla. Esto suele resincronizarlos.
• Cannot find "BK01" in Bluetooth list: Turn off Bluetooth on your device and turn it back on. Restart your device if necessary. Ensure the earbuds are charged.

6.2 Problemas de sonido

• Sin sonido: Comprueba el volumen tanto en tu dispositivo como en los auriculares. Asegúrate de que los auriculares estén bien conectados al dispositivo.
• Volumen bajo: Increase the volume on your connected device and via the earbud touch controls. Ensure ear tips are properly sealed in your ear canal.
