4. Instrucciones de funcionamiento

Your Equator Hybrid Cooktop offers both induction and ceramic cooking zones, providing flexibility for various cookware and cooking styles.

Panel de control:

The cooktop features intuitive touch or slider controls with a digital display for easy operation. The EHC 36532 model uses standard touch controls.

Encender/Apagar:

3. Adjust the power level using the +/- buttons or slider.
4. To turn off a zone, reduce its power level to '0' or press its dedicated Off button.
5. Press the main Power button to turn off the entire cooktop.

Hybrid Heating Technology:

This cooktop combines three induction burners and two radiant ceramic zones. Induction burners heat cookware directly through electromagnetic fields, while ceramic burners use radiant heat.

Power Levels and Booster Function:

The cooktop offers nine distinct power levels for precise temperature control. Use the booster function (PB) for rapid heating when boiling water or searing.

Digital Timer Function:

Set a timer for each cooking zone from 1 to 99 minutes to manage cooking durations accurately.
