Your Trihear Convo set includes the following components:
- 1 x Hearing Amplifier (main unit)

Configuración
Before first use, ensure both the Hearing Amplifier and the Remote Microphone are fully charged. Use the provided USB-C charging cable. A full charge takes approximately 50 minutes for the Hearing Amplifier and 25 minutes for the Remote Microphone.

Conexión de auriculares
Select the suitable earphone domes (S/M/L) for your comfort and attach them to the wired headphones. Plug the wired headphones into the 3.5mm audio jack on the top of the Hearing AmpUnidad Lifier.

Instrucciones de funcionamiento
Encendido/apagado
Press and hold the power button on the Hearing Amplifier for 2 seconds to turn it on or off. A voice prompt will indicate the battery status.
Ajustar el volumen y el tono
El oir Amplifier features independent volume controls for the left and right ears. Use the +/- buttons on the sides of the unit to adjust the volume for each ear separately. There are 9 levels of volume adjustment.

The device also offers 5 levels of tone control to adapt to different listening environments, whether your hearing loss is low-frequency or high-frequency.
Using the Remote Microphone
The Remote Microphone can be used to pick up sound from a distance of up to 98 feet (30 meters) with ultra-low latency (16ms), ensuring real-time audio-video synchronization.

To activate the remote microphone, toggle the switch on the main unit from "Local Mic" to "Remote Mic". The remote microphone will automatically connect to the Hearing Amplifier. The green light on the remote microphone will stop flashing rapidly once connected.

The Trihear Convo features digital noise reduction technology up to 16 dB, intelligently minimizing ambient noise in busy environments to ensure clear hearing.

Escuchar televisión
Connect the remote microphone to your TV using the provided TV cable (RCA to 3.5mm adapter) or audio cable (3.5mm to 3.5mm). Place the remote microphone near the TV's sound source. This allows you to hear TV audio directly through your earphones, enhancing your viewing experience without disturbing others.

Mantenimiento
Keep the devices clean by wiping them with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid exposing them to extreme temperatures or moisture. Store them in a safe place when not in use.
Regularly check the earphone domes for wear and tear and replace them if necessary to maintain optimal sound quality and comfort.
Solución de problemas
- Sin sonido: Ensure both the Hearing Amplifier and Remote Microphone are powered on and fully charged. Check that the earphones are securely plugged into the main unit. Verify the mode switch is correctly set (Local Mic or Remote Mic).
- Mala calidad de sonido/distorsión: Adjust the volume levels for each ear independently. Experiment with the 5 tone control levels to find the optimal setting for your environment. Ensure the remote microphone is not blocked if in use.
- Remote Microphone Not Connecting: Ensure both devices are within the 98ft (30m) range. Power cycle both devices (turn off and on again) to re-establish connection.
- Duración corta de la batería: Ensure devices are fully charged before use. Avoid using the remote microphone while charging, as this may affect battery longevity.
