The appliance offers two primary functions: mixing and fermenting. You can choose to perform either function individually or combine them.

Dough Mixing Process
- Añadir ingredientes: Place the desired amount of flour and water into the stainless steel bowl. The dough maker can handle dry flour weights from 198g to 1077g (0.4 to 2.4 lb).

- Carefully open the feed cover located on top of the lid.
- Add the required ingredients or water.
- Close the feed cover securely to continue operation.
