1. Introducción

This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your TECASA 30 Inch Induction Cooktop, Model MT-C47464L8-V1.5. Please read all instructions carefully before installation and use, and retain this manual for future reference.

2. Configuración e instalación

2.1 Desembalaje

Carefully remove the cooktop from its packaging. Inspect for any damage during transit. Ensure all components, including the instruction manual, mounting clips, and sealing gasket, are present.

2.2 Preparación de la encimera

Ensure your countertop cutout meets the required dimensions for proper fit and ventilation. The recommended cutout dimensions are approximately 29.31 inches (W) x 19.38 inches (D). Refer to the detailed diagram for precise measurements.

2.3 Applying the Sealing Gasket

Before placing the cooktop into the cutout, apply the provided sealing gasket along the bottom edge of the cooktop. This creates a seal against the countertop, preventing liquids from seeping underneath.

2.4 Conexión eléctrica

The cooktop requires a 208–240V operating voltage, 240V rated voltage, 50–60Hz power supply. It does not include a plug and must be hardwired by a qualified electrician. Ensure proper grounding and adherence to local electrical codes.

3. Instrucciones de funcionamiento

3.1 Power Levels and Touch Control

The cooktop features 4 burners with 9 heating levels, controlled via a smart touch screen. Select your desired cooking zone and adjust the heat from level 1 to 9 for various cooking methods such as stewing, frying, or baking.

3.2 Función de impulso

Activate the Boost function for rapid heating, ideal for boiling water quickly or searing meats. This function provides maximum power to the selected burner for a limited time.

3.3 Función de temporizador

Each burner can be set with an independent timer for precise cooking control, up to 99 minutes. The cooktop will automatically shut off the burner once the set time expires.

3.5 Utensilios de cocina compatibles

This induction cooktop is compatible with magnetic cookware, including stainless steel pans, alloy pans, enameled pots, and iron pots. Cookware with a bottom diameter of at least 210mm is required for the Ø11" zone.

4. Mantenimiento y cuidado

The microcrystalline high-performance panel is designed for durability, offering good impact, scratch, and wear resistance. For cleaning, ensure the cooktop has cooled down completely, then simply wipe the surface with a clean cloth.
