Configuración

Tipo de combustible

El Weber Spirit EP-435 is a Gas natural grill. It must be connected to a plumbed natural gas line. This grill is not compatible with liquid propane (LP) tanks or any other fuel source. Attempting to use an incorrect fuel type is dangerous and will void the warranty.

Colocación

Position your grill on a level, non-combustible surface outdoors. Ensure there is adequate clearance from walls, fences, and other combustible materials. Never place the grill under an overhead combustible surface.

Conexión de línea de gas

Connecting the grill to your home's natural gas supply should be performed by a qualified professional in accordance with local codes and regulations. Ensure all connections are secure and leak-free before initial operation.

Instrucciones de funcionamiento

Pre-Heating the Grill

  1. Abra la tapa de la parrilla.
  2. Asegúrese de que todas las perillas de control del quemador estén en la posición APAGADO.
  3. Abra lentamente la válvula de suministro de gas natural.
  4. Turn one main burner control knob to the START/HIGH position. Press and hold the Snap-Jet Ignition button until the burner ignites. You should hear a whoosh sound and see a flame.
  5. Once the first burner is lit, turn on the remaining main burners to the HIGH setting.
  6. Close the lid and allow the grill to preheat for 10-15 minutes, or until it reaches the desired cooking temperature.

Control de temperatura

Adjust the main burner control knobs to regulate the heat. Lower settings reduce the flame size and temperature. For indirect cooking, turn off one or more burners and place food over the unlit area.

Uso de la zona de sellado

To activate the Sear Zone, turn the two red Boost Burner control knobs to the HIGH position. This concentrates heat for intense searing. Use the Sear Zone for a few minutes per side to create a flavorful crust on meats.

Mantenimiento

Limpieza de las rejillas de cocción

After each use, while the grill is still warm, brush the porcelain-enameled, cast-iron cooking grates with a grill brush to remove food residue. For deeper cleaning, allow grates to cool, then wash with warm soapy water.

Sistema de gestión de grasa

Regularly inspect and clean the grease management system, including the drip pan and removable grease tray. Allow the grill to cool completely before removing and cleaning these components. This prevents grease fires and maintains grill hygiene.

Limpieza exterior

Clean exterior surfaces with a mild soap and water solution. For stainless steel components, use a stainless steel cleaner and polish in the direction of the grain. Avoid abrasive cleaners.

Almacenamiento

When not in use, especially for extended periods, cover the grill with a weather-resistant grill cover to protect it from the elements.

Solución de problemas

Si tiene problemas con su parrilla, tenga en cuenta los siguientes pasos comunes de solución de problemas:

  • El quemador no enciende: Ensure the natural gas supply valve is fully open. Check for kinks in the gas hose. Verify that the Snap-Jet Ignition is clicking and sparking. If not, check the igniter battery (if applicable, refer to your detailed manual).
  • Calor desigual: Clean cooking grates and Flavorizer Bars to ensure proper heat distribution. Check for blockages in burner ports.
