1. Introducción

The HEXGAMING PHANTOM Pro Controller is engineered for high-performance gaming, designed to meet the demands of tactical eSports. This controller integrates an ergonomic design with advanced features to enhance grip comfort, reduce fatigue, and provide precise control during extended gaming sessions. 3.2 Remappable Back Buttons & Profiles

Four tactile remappable back buttons are ergonomically positioned on the underside of the controller, providing quick access to commands without removing your thumbs from the analog sticks. The controller supports 6 swappable profiles, allowing you to tailor your controls precisely and switch between layouts on the fly to suit different games or playstyles.

3.3 Adjustable Triggers

Convenient trigger-mode switches allow instant toggling between adaptive and digital triggers. Digital triggers offer a short travel range of 1.5 to 2mm, providing a mouse-click action ideal for fast-paced FPS games. Adaptive triggers provide precise control, perfect for managing throttle in racing games or other scenarios requiring nuanced input.

4. Configuración

4.1 Conexión inicial

To connect your PHANTOM Pro Controller to your PS5, PC, or mobile device, use a compatible USB-C cable (not included). For optimal performance and calibration, a wired connection is recommended, especially for PC use.

4.2 Carga

The controller contains a Lithium Ion battery. Connect the controller via a USB-C cable to a power source (e.g., console, PC, or USB wall adapter) to charge. The LED indicator on the controller will show charging status.

5. Instrucciones de funcionamiento

5.1 Joystick Calibration (Using Adjustment Tool)

The Hall Effect joysticks can be calibrated for optimal performance using the included adjustment tool. Connect the adjustment tool to the controller via the ribbon cable as shown in the video. It is advised not to use wireless connections for calibration due to potential latency issues.

Part 1: Joystick Center Deviation Calibration (L3)

This calibrates the joystick to return to the center (0,0).

1. Entrar al modo: Hold the C1 button on the adjustment tool for 3 seconds until LED1 is on.
2. Align Joystick: Move the left joystick (L3) to correct the AXIS value. AXIS values should be 0.00392.
3. Guardar y Salir: Hold the C1 button for 3 seconds until LED1 flashes three times and turns off.

Part 2: Circular Input Area Calibration Mode (L3)

1. Entrar al modo: Hold the C2 button on the adjustment tool for 3 seconds until LED1 stays on.
2. Mover el joystick: Rotate the left joystick (L3) counter-clockwise to its full extent 3-5 times, then press C2 briefly.
3. Adjust Input: Push the joystick to the Up/Left/Down/Right positions in sequence. For each direction, ensure AXIS values are between -0.92 and -0.99 or 0.92 and 0.99, and press the C2 button each time at the proper value.
4. Guardar y Salir: Hold C2 for 3 seconds until LED1 turns off.

Note: Follow the direction (Up/Left/Down/Right) adjustment in order. If incorrect, re-enter the mode to recalibrate.

Part 3: Test Circularity Calibration: Limit AXIS Value Calibration Mode (L3)

Before Operation: AXIS value must be at -1 or 1.

• Hacer subir: Increase distance to limit in X-axis.
• Apretar: Decrease distance to limit in X-axis.

1. Entrar al modo: Press and hold C1 + C2 for 3 seconds until LED1 blinks slowly.

3. Ajustar distancia: Push the joystick UP (or RIGHT) multiple times to adjust the AXIS value until it reaches "1" or "-1", then click the C2 button to save.
4. Guardar y Salir: Hold C1 + C2 for 3 seconds until LED1 turns off.
5. Vuelva a comprobar: After calibrating the circularity, exit the mode (LED off) and AXIS values should be at "-1" or "1" when pushing the joystick to the full in [UP/LEFT/DOWN/RIGHT].

Note: If AXIS values have already reached "-1" or "1" when pushing the joystick to [UP/LEFT/DOWN/RIGHT] to the full, then no need to recalibrate. If not, retry the above steps to calibrate a specific direction.

Right Joystick (R3) Calibration

For the Right Joystick (R3) calibration, follow the same steps as for the Left Joystick (L3) but use the corresponding buttons on the adjustment tool:

• Center Deviation: Enter the mode by holding the C3 button, then follow the L3 joystick center deviation calibration steps to calibrate the stick back to the center (0,00362).
• Circular Input Area: Enter the mode by holding the C4 button, then follow the L3 joystick circular input area calibration steps to calibrate.
• Limit AXIS Value: Enter the mode by holding the C3 + C4 buttons, then follow the L3 joystick limit AXIS value calibration mode steps to calibrate.

5.2 Swapping Thumbsticks

The controller's thumbsticks are interchangeable. To swap them, gently pull the existing thumbstick straight up to remove it. Select your desired thumbstick from the included set and align it with the joystick base, then push down firmly until it clicks into place.

5.3 Remapping Back Buttons

The 4 back buttons (K1, K2, K3, K4) can be remapped to any standard controller button. Refer to the controller's specific remapping instructions (usually found in a quick start guide or on the manufacturer's website) for detailed steps on how to enter remapping mode, assign buttons, and save profiles.

5.4 Adjusting Triggers

To switch between adaptive and digital trigger modes, use the physical switches located near the triggers on the underside of the controller. Slide the switch to your preferred mode. Digital mode provides a shorter, clicky response, while adaptive mode offers a full range of motion with haptic feedback (if supported by the game).

6. Mantenimiento
