1. Introducción

Thank you for choosing the RESTMO Sprinkler Timer. This programmable water timer is designed to automate your garden and lawn watering, ensuring efficient irrigation while conserving water. It features automatic digital control, manual ON/Off functionality, and a rain delay option, making it ideal for outdoor faucets, drip irrigation systems, and lawn sprinklers.

4. Configuración

1. Instalación de la batería: Open the battery compartment on the back of the timer. Insert 2 new AAA alkaline batteries, ensuring correct polarity. Close the compartment securely to maintain IP55 waterproof rating.
2. Conectar al grifo: Screw the timer onto a standard 3/4-inch outdoor faucet. Ensure the connection is tight to prevent leaks. The timer includes a built-in metal filter; ensure it is properly seated.
3. Conecte la manguera: Attach your garden hose or drip irrigation system to the bottom outlet of the timer (3/4-inch fitting).

5. Instrucciones de funcionamiento

5.1. Puesta en hora del reloj

1. Rotate the main dial to the AJUSTAR RELOJ posición.
2. Utilice el + y - buttons to adjust the current time. The display shows AM/PM for 12-hour format.
3. Prensa ACEPTAR/MANUAL to confirm and move to the next setting, or rotate the dial to the next desired function.

5.2. Automatic Watering Program

To set an automatic watering schedule, follow these steps:

1. Rotate the main dial to HORA DE INICIO. Usar + y - to set the desired watering start time. Press ACEPTAR/MANUAL Para confirmar.
2. Gire el dial para CUÁNTO TIEMPO. Usar + y - to set the watering duration (from 1 minute to 299 minutes). Press ACEPTAR/MANUAL Para confirmar.
3. Gire el dial para CON QUÉ FRECUENCIA. Usar + y - to set the watering frequency (from 1-12 hours or 1-7 days). Press ACEPTAR/MANUAL Para confirmar.
4. Once all settings are configured, rotate the dial to the ON position to activate the automatic program. The timer will now operate according to your set schedule.

5.3. Modo de riego manual

To initiate manual watering without affecting your programmed schedule:

1. Ensure the dial is in the ON or APAGADO posición.
2. Mantenga pulsado el ACEPTAR/MANUAL Botón. La pantalla mostrará una duración de riego manual predeterminada.
3. Utilice el + y - buttons to adjust the manual watering duration (from 1 minute to 299 minutes).
4. Prensa ACEPTAR/MANUAL again to start manual watering. The timer will run for the set duration and then return to its programmed schedule.

5.4. Función de retraso por lluvia

Para pausar temporalmente su programa de riego debido a la lluvia u otros motivos:

1. Ensure the dial is in the ON posición.
2. Mantenga pulsado el DEMORA button. The display will show the default delay option (e.g., 24h).
3. Utilice el + y - buttons to select the desired rain delay duration (24, 48, or 72 hours).
4. Prensa ACEPTAR/MANUAL to confirm the rain delay. The timer will pause for the selected duration and then resume its programmed schedule automatically.

5.5. Apagado del temporizador

To completely stop all watering functions, rotate the main dial to the APAGADO posición.

6. Mantenimiento

• Limpieza: Limpie periódicamente el exterior del temporizador con adamp Paño. No utilice limpiadores abrasivos.
• Lavadora de filtros: Regularly check and clean the built-in metal filter washer at the inlet to prevent debris from clogging the timer or your irrigation system.
• Reemplazo de batería: Reemplace las baterías cuando aparezca el indicador de batería baja en la pantalla LCD para garantizar un funcionamiento continuo.
• Winterización: Before freezing temperatures, disconnect the timer from the faucet and hose. Drain any remaining water and store the timer indoors in a dry, frost-free location. Failure to do so may result in damage to the unit.
