The LASTAR Light Therapy Lamp features a large lighting screen (11.5 x 8.3 inches) and a stable square base. It offers multiple adjustment options for brightness, color temperature, and angle.

5. Configuración

• Ajuste del temporizador (⏱): Press to set the automatic shut-off timer to 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, or 60 minutes.

The remote control offers the same functions as the touch controls, plus additional direct access buttons.

• Morning use is generally recommended to help regulate circadian rhythms.
• Experiment with different brightness and color temperature settings to find what is most comfortable and effective for you.
