4. Guía de configuración

4.1 Alimentación del Gateway

  1. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the Hornbill G3-TYW Gateway.
  2. Plug the other end of the USB-C cable into a DC 5V/500mA (or DC5V1A) micro USB power adapter (not included).

4.2 Connecting to Wi-Fi and Smart Life App

The Hornbill G3-TYW Gateway operates exclusively on a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. If you have a dual-band router, ensure you are connecting to the 2.4 GHz band.

4.3 Pairing with Your Smart Lock

This G3 gateway is ONLY compatible with smart locks that work with the Smart Life App.

  1. Ensure your compatible smart lock is within Bluetooth range of the Hornbill G3-TYW Gateway.
  2. In the Smart Life App, navigate to the gateway's settings or device page.
  3. Look for an option to "Add Sub-device" or "Pair Lock".
  4. Follow the app's instructions to put your smart lock into pairing mode (refer to your smart lock's manual for specific instructions).
  5. Once the lock is detected and paired, it will appear under the gateway in the Smart Life App.

6. Mantenimiento
