1. Introducción

This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of the GODIYMODULES Digital Display Meter, Standard Edition. This universal analog input display meter is designed to work with various sensors that provide analog output, such as temperature transmitters, frequency converters, motor speed sensors, pressure transducers, and liquid level sensors. Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the device to ensure correct usage and optimal performance.

The GODIYMODULES Digital Display Meter is a versatile panel meter capable of displaying actual physical quantities based on analog input signals. It supports both current and voltage inputs, with default adaptations for 0-10V, 2-10V, 0-20mA, and 4-20mA. The meter features a 0.55-inch 4-digit digital tube display for clear readings and intuitive button controls for parameter settings.

3. Características principales

4. Configuración

4.1. Instalación mecánica

The meter is designed for panel mounting. Ensure the installation opening in your panel matches the specified dimensions.

4.2. Instrucciones de cableado

Refer to the common wiring diagram for proper connection of power supply and analog input. Ensure the power supply voltage está dentro del rango especificado para evitar daños.

  • RS485 (R, T, S): For RS485 communication (available in RS485 version only). R indicates data reception, T indicates data transmission, S indicates signal ground.
  • Relay (NO): Normally Open relay output (available in relay output version only).

Importante: The meter supports either voltage input (AI) or current input (mA), but not both simultaneously. Connect your sensor output to the appropriate terminal.

5. Instrucciones de funcionamiento

5.1. Button Functions and Display States

The meter features four buttons for navigation and parameter adjustment: SET, UP (↑), DOWN (↓), and OK. The 4-digit digital display shows the measured value or parameter settings.

Digital Tube Display State Transition Diagram:

The meter typically displays the measured value. Pressing the SET button allows entry into the parameter setting menu. Use UP/DOWN to navigate and OK to select/confirm. Pressing SET again will exit the parameter setting mode or move to the next parameter group.

5.2. Configuración de parámetros

The meter's functionality is configured through various parameters organized into groups. To enter the parameter setting mode, press the COLOCAR Botón. Utilice el UP y ABAJO buttons to adjust values and OK Para confirmar, presione COLOCAR to move between parameters or exit.

Nota: By setting the polarization parameter (F1-2) and gain parameter (F1-3), the meter can be adapted to other input ranges within 0-10V or 0-20mA.

Nota: These parameters are only applicable to the version of the meter equipped with a relay output. The Standard Edition may not include this feature.

5.3. RS485 Communication Parameters (for RS485 Version)

This section applies only to the Digital Display Meter with RS485 interface. It uses the standard Modbus-RTU protocol for communication.

Modbus-RTU Protocol Details:

The meter supports standard Modbus-RTU protocol. The communication parameters (address, baud rate, data format) must be configured correctly to match the master device. The image also shows a table of Modbus register addresses for various parameters (e.g., F0-0, F0-1, F1-0, etc.) which can be read or written via Modbus commands.

For detailed Modbus register addresses and functions, refer to the provided diagram (Figure 5.1) or the official Modbus communication guide for this device. Example: To read F0-0, use Modbus function code 03 (Read Holding Registers) with the corresponding address.

6. Mantenimiento

  • Limpieza: Utilice un paño suave y seco para limpiar la pantalla del medidor yasing. No utilice limpiadores abrasivos ni disolventes.
  • Ambiente: Ensure the meter is operated within its specified environmental conditions (temperature, humidity) to prolong its lifespan.
  • Conexiones: Periodically check all wiring connections for tightness and ensure they are free from corrosion.
  • Calibración: If accuracy issues are suspected, refer to the parameter settings for input offset and gain adjustment, or consult a qualified technician for recalibration.
