- Choose a smooth surface with a diameter of at least 7.5 cm (3 inches). Clean the surface thoroughly with the included alcohol wipe and allow it to dry.
- Remove the protective film from the suction cup base. Press the holder firmly against the chosen surface.
- Rotate the base clockwise until the vacuum lock engages and the suction cup is securely fixed.
- Adjust the magnetic charging panel to your desired angle and place your phone on it for use.

The vacuum lock base is compatible with various surfaces including leather, artificial leather, rough surfaces, glass, and plastic. Avoid installation on vibrating surfaces or those with pronounced curves.

Magnetic Ring Installation (for non-MagSafe devices)
For older iPhone models (iPhone 11 and earlier) and Android devices, use the included magnetic ring to achieve optimal magnetic hold and wireless charging.
- Clean the back of your phone or phone case with an alcohol wipe.
- Use the positioning card (included) to accurately align the magnetic ring on your device.
- Ensure full contact when applying the ring.
- Wait 12 hours before using the device with the charger to ensure strong adhesion.

The gel base of the Baseus VC2 Flex Pro is designed to be reusable. If the adhesion weakens due to dust or dirt, simply rinse the gel base with water and let it air dry. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as this may damage the gel. Once dry, the suction cup will regain its strong adhesive properties.

To remove the charger from a surface, rotate the base counter-clockwise until the white point aligns with the unlock icon. Then, gently lift the tab to release the vacuum seal and detach the charger.

Solución de problemas
- El dispositivo no se carga: Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the charger and a power source. Verify that your phone is properly aligned on the magnetic charging panel. Check if your phone supports wireless charging or if the magnetic ring is correctly installed for non-MagSafe devices.
- Weak magnetic hold: For non-MagSafe phones, ensure the magnetic ring is correctly installed and has had 12 hours to adhere. Ensure there are no thick cases or obstructions between the phone and the charger.
- Charger not sticking to surface: Clean the installation surface and the gel base of the suction cup. Rinse the gel base with water if it's dirty and let it air dry. Ensure the vacuum lock is fully engaged by rotating the base clockwise.
- Carga lenta: Ensure your power adapter supports fast charging protocols (PD, QC 2.0, QC 3.0) and provides sufficient power output.
