Adobe Artwork Customizer Software User Guide

Our artwork customizer allows you to edit select pieces directly on our website, including substrate, size, cropping, mats, frame, liner, and other design details.

Before using the customizer, make sure you are signed in to your Iconic Pineapple account. Navigate to the top right corner of the website and click My Account and sign in if you have not done so already.

Choose Your Artwork

Find the artwork you would like to customize and open the product page. Below the artwork details, click the yellow “Customize” button to launch the customizer.

Once the customizer opens, use the tabs at the top of the window to make your selections:

Sustrato
Adjust the artwork’s base details, such as substrate, size, cropping, paper or canvas options, and available mat specifications.

Esteras
Select top and bottom mat colors and mat amounts for under-glass artwork. If canvas is selected, mat options will not be available.

Frame & Liner
Choose from available frame options and liners, when applicable.

Resumen
Review all selected options, specialty notes, and the final custom price. Once everything is correct, click the acknowledgment checkbox to approve the design.

After approval, you can add the artwork to your wishlist, download a tear sheet, download the artwork, or add it to your order.

Specialty notes can be added throughout the customizer for any specific requests you would like our team to review.
