1. Introducción

The KZ AZ09 Bluetooth Wireless Upgrade Cable transforms your wired in-ear monitors (IEMs) into wireless Bluetooth earphones. Designed for audiophiles, it features a high-fidelity (HIFI) sound experience, a comfortable ear hook design, and comes with a portable charging case. This manual provides detailed instructions for setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Note: The KZ AZ09 has been upgraded from Bluetooth 5.2 to Bluetooth 5.4. The charging case capacity has changed from 800mA to 400mA. New and old versions may be shipped randomly. This product does not include earphones.

4. Compatibilidad

The KZ AZ09 is compatible with 0.75mm/0.78mm pin earphones. Please identify the corresponding pin interface (B pin or C pin) for your headphone model before purchasing.

5. Configuración

5.1 Conexión de los ganchos para la oreja a los auriculares

1. Identify the correct pin type (B or C) for your earphones.
2. Align the pins of the ear hook with the sockets on your earphones.
3. Gently push the ear hook into the earphone until it is securely connected. Ensure a firm connection to prevent signal loss.

5.2 Carga inicial

Before first use, fully charge the KZ AZ09 ear hooks and charging case. Place the ear hooks into the charging case. Connect the charging case to a power source using a USB-C charging cable (not included). The indicator light on the charging case will show charging status.

5.3 Instrucciones de uso

1. Correctly distinguish the left and right ear hooks. Check the logo: "L" applies to the left ear, and "R" applies to the right ear.
2. Connect the Bluetooth ear hook to your earphone.
3. Put the earphone into the mouth of the ear canal, push it gently, and push it straight in the ear.
4. Put the ear hook on the back of the ear and slightly rotate it to adjust the sealing and comfort of the earphone for better audio experience.

5.4 Emparejamiento Bluetooth

1. Ensure the ear hooks are charged and powered on. They will automatically enter pairing mode when taken out of the charging case.

5. Once connected, the ear hooks are ready for use. The dual-host dual channel transmission technology allows for faster response and individual use of each ear hook.

6. Basic Operation (One-Click Control)

The KZ AZ09 features intuitive one-click controls for various functions:

• Reproducir / Pausa: Haga clic en el botón una vez.
• Canción anterior: Haga doble clic en el botón del gancho para la oreja izquierda.
• Siguiente canción: Haga doble clic en el botón del gancho para la oreja derecha.
• Start Voice Assistant (Siri): Mantenga presionado el botón durante 2 segundos.
• Responder/colgar llamada: Toque el interruptor una vez durante una llamada entrante o una llamada activa.
• Refuse to Answer Call: Long press the button on an incoming call.

7. Carga y duración de la batería

The Bluetooth ear hooks can be used for about 6 hours on a fully charged state. The charging case can provide 4 to 10 full charges for the ear hooks, depending on the version (400mA or 800mA capacity).

7.1 Indicadores de carga

• Cuando la batería está baja: The indicator light will flash red 4 times every 30 seconds.
• Al cargar: La luz indicadora será roja.
• Cuando esté completamente cargado: The indicator light will be green.

Important: To ensure the service life and safety of the equipment, do not use a fast charger for charging. Use a standard 5V-1A charger.

9. Solución de problemas

9.1 Problemas comunes y soluciones

Sin sonido/Desconexión:

• Asegúrese de que los ganchos para la oreja estén completamente cargados.
• Verify that the ear hooks are securely connected to your earphones.
• Check if Bluetooth is enabled on your device and if the AZ09 is paired.
• Try unpairing and re-pairing the AZ09 with your device.
• Asegúrese de que ningún otro dispositivo interfiera con la conexión Bluetooth.

Ear Hooks Not Charging:

• Asegúrese de que el estuche de carga esté cargado.
• Check if the ear hooks are correctly seated in the charging case.

• Clean the charging contacts on both the ear hooks and the case.

No se puede emparejar:
