5. Instrucciones de funcionamiento
5.1. Ajuste de temperatura y tiempo
- Encendido: Encienda la máquina con el interruptor de encendido.
- Temperatura establecida: Presione el MODO button once to enter temperature setting mode. Use the MÁS (+) y MENOS (-) buttons to adjust the desired temperature (e.g., 180°C).
- Establecer hora: Presione el MODO Presione el botón nuevamente para ingresar al modo de ajuste de hora. Use el MÁS (+) y MENOS (-) buttons to adjust the desired time (e.g., 60 seconds).
- Configuración de salida: Presione el MODO button a third time to exit setting mode. The machine will begin heating to the set temperature.
5.2. Proceso de sublimación
- Preparar taza: Wrap your sublimation transfer paper tightly around the mug, securing it with heat-resistant tape.
- Precalentar: Deje que la máquina alcance la temperatura establecida.
- Load Mug: Carefully place the prepared mug into the heating element.
- Inicio Prensa: Presione el Parar/Iniciar button. The pneumatic mechanism will automatically clamp the mug, and the timer will begin counting down.
- Monitor: The machine will maintain the set temperature and pressure throughout the cycle.
- Terminación: Once the timer reaches zero, the machine will automatically release the mug. Carefully remove the hot mug using heat-resistant gloves.
- Enfriarse: Allow the mug to cool completely before removing the transfer paper.
5.3. Adjusting Pressure (Pneumatic Rate)
The ST-110 features adjustable pressure for optimal transfer results. There are two adjustment valves, one for the rate at which the mug is clamped (in) and one for the release rate (out).
- Adjust In Rate: Turn the "ENTER" valve to adjust how quickly the mug is clamppublicado por
- Adjust Out Rate: Turn the "OUT" valve to adjust how quickly the mug is released.
- Adjust these valves incrementally and test with a spare mug until the desired speed and pressure are achieved.

7. Solución de problemas
Common Issue: Inflating pump is working, but air cylinder is not going forward.
Posible causa: The solenoid valve may be stuck due to frequent pressing of the STOP button or lack of regular cleaning.
Soluciones:
- Solución 1:
- Unscrew the solenoid valve.
- Take out the air cylinder (as shown in the diagram).
- Push the air cylinder forward and backward 10 times by hand.
- Reinstall the air cylinder and solenoid valve.
- Solución 2:
- Connect an air compressor.
- Unscrew the solenoid valve.
- Use the external air pressure to make the solenoid valve move forward and backward.
