The Discovery Laser Rangefinder series (D600, D800, D1200, D2000, D4000) offers high-definition, portable distance measurement using laser technology. It is designed for various outdoor activities requiring precise distance readings.

Configuración
1. Instalación de la batería
- Localice el compartimiento de la batería en el costado o en la parte inferior del telémetro.
- Gire o deslice la tapa del compartimiento de la batería para abrirla.
- Inserte una batería CR2 3V, asegurándose de la polaridad correcta (+/-).

2. Colocación del cordón
Attach the included lanyard to the designated loop on the rangefinder to prevent accidental drops.
3. Encendido / apagado
Presione el Botón de encendido (usually the top button) to turn the device on. The display will activate. To turn off, press and hold the Power button, or the device will automatically power off after a period of inactivity to conserve battery.

Instrucciones de funcionamiento
1. Ajuste del enfoque
Rotate the eyepiece to adjust the focus until the display and the target appear clear and sharp.
2. Changing Measurement Units (Meters/Yards)
Con el dispositivo encendido, mantenga presionado el botón Botón MODE to switch between meters (M) and yards (Yd).
3. Medición de distancias
- Mire a través del ocular y apunte la retícula al objetivo deseado.
- Presione el Botón de encendido once. The laser will activate, and the distance to the target will be displayed in the viewdescubridor.
- Keep the device steady during measurement for accurate results.

4. Selección de modo
Presione el Botón MODE (short press) to cycle through different measurement modes. Available modes may include:
- Modo de medición de distancia estándar: Measures straight-line distance to the target.
- Modo de bloqueo de asta de bandera: Helps identify the flagpole from background objects, locking onto the closest target.
- Modo de escaneo: Allows continuous measurement as you pan across multiple targets.
- Angle Measurement Mode: Provides horizontal distance and angle of inclination.
- Modo de medición de velocidad: Mide la velocidad de un objetivo en movimiento.

Mantenimiento
- Limpieza de lentes: Use the provided cleaning cloth or a soft, lint-free cloth to gently wipe the lenses. Do not use abrasive materials or chemical cleaners.
- Almacenamiento: When not in use, store the rangefinder in its carrying case in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

- Resistencia al agua: The device is designed to be water-resistant, but it is not waterproof. Avoid submerging it in water.
