The N1 Dual Dash Cam is equipped with front and rear cameras, wide-angle lenses (135° front, 125° rear), an IPS power management system, AI.265 encoding technology, 24H parking monitoring, and other advanced functions. With its built-in Wi-Fi, it connects to the DDPAI App, allowing users to preview, playback, download, and share captured videos and images in real time.
Precaución: Before installing, perform a power-on check to ensure the Dash Cam connects to the DDPAI App successfully.

1.1 Precauciones

4. Configuración e instalación
4.1 Instalación de la tarjeta TF
- The N1 Dual supports a maximum of 256GB TF memory card and requires a Class 10 high-speed card. Recommended brands include DDPAI, Kingston, Samsung, Toshiba, and Lexar.
- Insert or remove the TF card ONLY when the Dash Cam is not connected to the power supply to prevent file daño.
- Confirm the orientation of the TF card before installation. Forcibly inserting it incorrectly may damage the card or slot.
- Open the TF card slot cover on the left side of the Dash Cam.
- Ensure the Dash Cam lens is facing up and the TF card chip is facing up. Insert the TF card into the slot, following the silkscreen printed pattern shown in the physical manual (page 10).

Note: The Dash Cam will automatically format the TF card the first time it is used.
4.2 Comprobación de encendido
- Do not perform any setup operations while driving.
- Before installing, perform a power-on check to confirm the Dash Cam connects to the DDPAI App normally.
- Scan the QR code in the physical manual (page 11) or search "DDPAI" in your app store to install the DDPAI App on your smartphone. Grant all necessary application permissions.

- Take out the N1 Dual host, mount, vehicle charger, and Type-C power cable.
- Connect the USB connector of the power cable to the vehicle charger and insert the other end into the Type-C interface of the Dash Cam, as illustrated in the physical manual (page 11).
- Insert the vehicle charger into the cigarette lighter socket and start the vehicle. The Dash Cam will power on with a "Hello, DDPAI" welcome. When the indicator is breathing blue, it indicates normal operation. Refer to Section 5.1 Indicator Guide for status details.
4.3 Installing the N1 Dual onto Your Windshield
- After power-on checking, confirm the N1 Dual is connected to the DDPAI App normally.
- Do NOT install this product or perform any other operation while driving.
- Select an appropriate location on your front windshield (typically next to the rearview mirror on the driver's side, as shown in the physical manual page 13) and clean the area thoroughly to ensure firm attachment.
- Use a vehicle wire trim tool to route the power cable along the front windshield and roof, hiding it on the A-pillar to avoid obstructing the driver's sight.
- Locate the installation position using the DDPAI App:
- Connect the N1 Dual to your phone. The app will display horizontal and vertical guidelines (as shown in the physical manual page 14).
- Verticalmente: Move the N1 Dual side to side until the vehicle's front end aligns with the vertical guideline.
- Horizontalmente: Rotate the camera up and down until the ground-level horizon outside vanishes from the horizontal guideline.
- Fix the N1 Dual in place: Attach an electrostatic sticker, remove the red backing film from the 3M adhesive sticker on the bracket, and firmly attach the N1 Dual to the predetermined location on the windshield, with the camera facing forward.
4.4 Instalación de la cámara trasera
- Clean the rear windshield where the rear camera will be installed (approximate position shown in the physical manual page 15).
- Connect the rear camera to the rear power cable.
- Insert the rear power cable fully into the N1 Dual headphone jack (as shown in the physical manual page 16). Ensure it is fully plugged in for the rear camera to function.

4.5 Appendix: Installing the Hardwire Kit
The hardwire kit is required for 24H parking monitoring and connects to the vehicle's battery fuse box. To avoid damage, professional installation is recommended. The voltage reduction cable should be hidden for a tidy installation.
- Ensure personal safety and turn off the vehicle engine before installation.
- Ensure the Dash Cam is successfully connected to the DDPAI App after startup (refer to Section 4.2).
- Ensure the Dash Cam is adjusted for shooting view and attached to the front windshield (refer to Section 4.3).
Step 1: Identify Wire Terminals
The power connector includes:

Step 2: Route the Power Wire
Insert the Type-C end of the power wire into the Dash Cam's power interface. Route the wire along the front windshield, A-pillar, and driver's seat storage compartment to the fuse box (usually on the left side of the driver's seat or near the steering wheel), as shown in the physical manual (page 43).
Step 3: Connect the Terminal Cables
Connect the terminals to the vehicle's fuse box (refer to diagrams in the physical manual page 44):

Step 4: Start the Vehicle
Start the vehicle. The Dash Cam will power on automatically and emit a start-up prompt tone. Check if the Dash Cam is working properly. A QR code for an installation video is available in the physical manual (page 45).

5.2 Grabación en bucle
The device automatically starts recording after powering on. When storage is full, previous recordings will be overwritten in a loop. Emergency events are locked and will not be overwritten.
Note: Download and save emergency files promptly. If there are more than 10 emergency files, they will be overwritten in a loop.
5.3 Setting Up the N1 Dual on DDPAI App
The Dash Cam connects to the DDPAI App via its built-in Wi-Fi, creating a local WLAN for real-time preview, playback, download, and sharing of recordings.
- Download the DDPAI App by scanning the QR code in the physical manual (page 19) or searching "DDPAI" in your app store. Grant all necessary permissions.
- Connect N1 Dual with your smartphone:
- Open the DDPAI App, go to "Device" > "+ Connect New Device" > "Screen-less Dash Cam" (as shown in the physical manual page 20).
- Tap "Next" > "Connect to Wi-Fi". The Dash Cam's Wi-Fi (e.g., DDPAI_N1 Dual_XXXX) will appear.
- Connect your phone to the Dash Cam's built-in Wi-Fi. The default password is 1234567890 (as shown in the physical manual page 21).
- After successful connection, you can enter the "Now&back" interface in the DDPAI App (as shown in the physical manual page 22).
Note: For first-time connection, you will be prompted to modify the Wi-Fi password and enable high compression video encoding (recommended for better quality). If you forget the password, hold the reset button for 6-8 seconds to restore factory settings.
5.4 Función de vídeo

- Playback Recorded Video: In the "Now&back" interface, tap the screen to display the progress bar. Drag the bar to select a time, or tap a thumbnail to start playback (as shown in the physical manual page 25). Recording pauses during playback.
- Descarga de vídeo: From the playback timeline, tap the download icon to save videos (as shown in the physical manual page 26). The longest video download is 3 minutes, shortest is 5 seconds.

5.5 Toma de fotografías
The Dash Cam supports two photographing modes:
- Fotografía de detección de colisiones: The Dash Cam automatically takes pictures upon sensing a collision or emergency braking.
- Manual Photographing: In the "Now&back" interface, tap the camera icon to take a photo. View photos in your local album (as shown in the physical manual page 28).
Note: Collision-sensing photography generates related 10-second videos, saved in the "Capture" / "Emergency" interface.
5.6 Viewing fotos o videos

- From Local Album: Downloaded photos/videos are moved to your phone's local storage. Access them via "Me" > "Local Album" in the DDPAI App.
- Automatically Download Event Photos/Videos: In "Me" > "APP Settings", enable "Automatically download event image" / "Automatically download event video" (as shown in the physical manual page 30).
5.7 Compartir/Eliminar fotos o vídeos
In the "Local Album" interface, tap "Select" to delete or share videos, pictures, and emergency files to social media (as shown in the physical manual page 31).
5.8 Modo de monitoreo de estacionamiento 24 horas
This function requires a step-down line (hardwire kit) for power. After the vehicle is turned off, the Dash Cam enters parking monitoring mode and records upon abnormal collision. You can set the parking mode, duration, and vehicle battery protection voltage.
- Connect your phone to the Dash Cam, open the app, go to "Device" > "Enter the device" to enter the "Now&back" interface (as shown in the physical manual page 32).
- Tap the settings icon in the upper right corner to enter "Camera Settings" > "Parking mode" / "Parking Monitoring Duration" / "Vehicle Battery Protection".

When the Dash Cam detects a collision (e.g., sudden braking), it generates an emergency photo and video, stored separately and not overwritten by loop recording.

Higher sensitivity triggers photographing more easily. Default collision sensitivity is "Medium". It supports seven levels: High, Medium-high, Medium, Medium-low, Low, Off, and Custom.
- Connect your phone to the Dash Cam, open the app, go to "Device" > "Enter the device" to enter the "Now&back" interface (as shown in the physical manual page 34).
- Tap the settings icon in the upper right corner to enter "Camera Settings" > "Camera sensitivity" > "Driving" / "Parking", then set the appropriate sensitivity (as shown in the physical manual page 35).

Note: If camera sensitivity is turned off, emergency photos and videos will not be generated.
5.11 Set the Duration of Emergency Related Video
The default emergency video duration is "10s". Options include "10s", "20s", and "30s".
- Connect your phone to the Dash Cam, open the app, go to "Device" > "Enter the device" to enter the "Now&back" interface (as shown in the physical manual page 36).
- Tap the settings icon in the upper right corner to enter "Camera Settings" > "Create related video clip when taking a photo" to set the duration (as shown in the physical manual page 37).

5.12 Navegación File en PC
Gently remove the TF card, insert it into a card reader, and plug it into a computer. Open the "DCIM" folder to browse or edit files.
- 200 video: Contains normal recorded videos and time-lapse parking monitoring videos. Normal videos start with numbers, time-lapse with "S". AI.265 encoded videos end with "H".
- 201 photo: Contains photos generated by collision sensors. Normal photos start with "N", collision-sensing with "G". Photos with associated video end with "L" and are not covered by loop recording.
- 202 thumb: Contains thumbnails.
- 203 gps: Stores G-sensor data.
6. Mantenimiento
6.1 Actualización del firmware
Open the DDPAI App, connect to the Dash Cam Wi-Fi, and go to "Me" > "About DDPAI" > "Detect New Version". The app will check for and prompt to upgrade to the latest firmware.
Note: Do not cut off power during upgrade to avoid damage. If a power outage causes failure, contact customer service, download the upgrade package, and copy it to the "DCIM" folder on the device.

- 5. Can I change the Wi-Fi password of the dash cam?
- Yes. Go to "Camera Settings" > "Set Wi-Fi Password" in the app, enter a new password, confirm, and save.
- 6. How do I reset the dash cam?
- In case of abnormal state, press the reset button with a pin and hold for approximately 6 seconds. The device will automatically restart.
