1. Introducción

This device allows you to transform your traditional lighting into a smart system, offering stepless dimming, app control, voice control, and timing functions. It is available in both WiFi and ZigBee versions to suit your smart home ecosystem. This manual provides detailed instructions for installation, operation, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and safety.

2. Información de seguridad

5. Configuración e instalación

5.1. Lista de verificación previa a la instalación

5.4. Instalación Física

1. Apague el suministro eléctrico principal en el disyuntor.
2. Remove your existing light switch from the wall box.
3. Connect the wires to the dimmer module according to the appropriate wiring diagram (Figure 3 or Figure 4). Ensure all connections are secure.
4. Carefully place the dimmer module into the wall box. Its compact size allows for easy installation without replacing your original switch.
5. Reinstall your original light switch cover.

5.5. Emparejamiento de la aplicación

1. Download and open the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app.
2. Regístrese o inicie sesión en su cuenta.
3. For ZigBee version: Ensure your Tuya ZigBee hub is powered on and connected to your network.

5. Follow the in-app instructions to put the dimmer module into pairing mode (usually by pressing the physical switch multiple times or holding a button on the module).

6. Instrucciones de funcionamiento

6.1. Atenuación continua

• Via Physical Switch: Use your existing wall switch to turn the lights on/off. Depending on the switch type and configuration, you may also be able to adjust brightness.
• A través de la aplicación: Open the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app. Select your dimmer module. You will find controls to turn the light on/off and a slider for stepless brightness adjustment (0-100%).
• Last Status Memory: The module remembers the last brightness setting when powered off and restores it upon power restoration.

6.2. Control remoto de la aplicación

Once paired, you can control your lights from anywhere using the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app on your smartphone. This includes turning lights on/off and adjusting brightness.

6.3. Control por voz

The dimmer module is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Home Assistant. Link your Tuya Smart/Smart Life account to your voice assistant app. Then, use simple voice commands:

• "Alexa, enciende la luz de la sala".
• "Hey Google, set the bedroom light to 50%."
• "Alexa, dim the kitchen light."

6.4. Función de sincronización

Set schedules within the app to automate your lighting:

6.5. Control de grupo

In the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app, you can create groups of multiple dimmer modules. This allows you to control several lights simultaneously with a single tap or voice command, simplifying control over entire rooms or areas.

6.6. Relay States Function

The module supports a Relay States Function, which determines the light's behavior after a power outage:

• Modo diario: Returns to the last known state before the power failure.
• Luz apagada: Stays off after power is restored.
• Recordar último estado: Recalls the last brightness level before the power interruption.

7. Mantenimiento

8. Solución de problemas

8.1. El dispositivo no se empareja

• Asegúrese de que su red Wi-Fi sea de 2.4 GHz (no es compatible con 5 GHz).
• Check if the device is in pairing mode (refer to app instructions for specific indications).
• Make sure the device is within range of your Wi-Fi router (for WiFi version) or ZigBee hub (for ZigBee version).
• Verify that your ZigBee hub is properly connected and online (for ZigBee version).
• Restart your router/hub and try pairing again.

8.2. Lights Not Dimming or Responding

• Confirm that the light fixture uses a DC0-10V dimming driver. This module is not compatible with other dimming protocols or non-dimmable lights.
