This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and efficient use of your SERVO BM5310 Mini Mobile Phone. Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the device and keep it for future reference. Due to product upgrades, the content of this document may be updated without prior notice.

1. Guía de configuración

1.1 Contenido del paquete

1.2 Inserción de la tarjeta SIM y la batería

  1. Retire con cuidado la cubierta posterior del teléfono.
  2. Insert the Nano SIM cards into the designated slots. Ensure the SIM card chip contacts are correctly aligned with the outline of the slot. The phone supports up to three SIM cards.
  3. If desired, insert a Micro SD card (up to 32GB) into the dedicated slot for expanded storage.
  4. Inserte la batería en su compartimento.
  5. Importante: There is a layer of yellow insulating tape on the battery. Before using the phone, you must remove this insulating tape, otherwise the phone will not power on.

1.3 Carga de la batería

  1. Connect the phone to the charger using the provided USB cable.
  2. Enchufe el cargador en una toma de corriente.
  3. The screen will display a scrolling power icon, indicating that charging has begun.
  4. When the power icon stops scrolling, the battery is fully charged. Disconnect the charger from the phone and the power socket.
  5. If the phone has not been used for a long time and does not turn on, charge it for 3-5 hours using the provided charging cable and a 5V1A charger.

2. Instrucciones de funcionamiento

2.1 Descripción del teclado

  • Teclas de navegación arriba/abajo: Scroll through names, phone numbers, SMS, and sub-menu options. In editing mode, move the cursor up and down.
  • Tecla programable izquierda: In standby, press to enter the main menu. In other interfaces, generally acts as a confirmation function.
  • Tecla programable derecha: In standby, press to open the phone book. In other interfaces, generally acts as a return function.
  • Dial-up Key (Green): Call the entered phone number or answer an incoming call. In standby, shows a list of call records.
  • Hand-up Key (Red): Reject an incoming call, end an active call, or power the device on/off (long press).
  • Teclas numéricas (0-9): Enter numbers and characters. Long press '1' for SIM voicemail.
  • * Llave: Functions vary by status or menu.
  • # Llave: Functions vary by status or menu.

Note: "Press the key" means a quick press and release. "Long press the key" means pressing and holding for 2 seconds or more.

2.2 Agenda telefónica

You can save names and phone numbers to either the SIM card or the phone's internal memory. In the contact list, use the Up/Down navigation keys to browse entries.

2.3 Mensajería (SMS)

From the idle screen, navigate to Menu > Message > Write message. Input your message, then select 'Send'. Choose the recipient(s) and confirm to send.

2.4 Funciones de llamada

  1. In idle mode, use the numeric keys to input the phone number.
  2. For international calls, quickly press the '*' key twice to input '+', then enter the country code, area code, and phone number.
  3. For extension numbers, quickly press the '3' or '4' key multiple times to input 'p' or 'w'.
  4. Press the Dial-up key (Green) to initiate the call.

When a call comes in, press the Dial-up key (Green) to answer. Press the Hand-up key (Red) to end or reject the call.

2.5 reproductor de audio

In the audio player interface, use the '5' key to play/pause or stop music. Use the Up/Down navigation keys to switch between songs. Adjust volume using the '*' and '#' keys. The phone supports syncing smartphone music playback via Bluetooth.

2.6 Bluetooth Dialer

The BM5310 can connect to your smartphone via Bluetooth to sync contacts, answer calls, and make calls, acting as a backup phone. It supports both iOS and Android devices.

  1. Turn on the BM5310's Bluetooth function.
  2. Activa el Bluetooth en tu teléfono inteligente. Buscar and select "mtk" from the device list to connect.
  3. When prompted, input the password "0000" on your smartphone.
  4. Enter the password "0000" on the BM5310 mobile phone. Connection should be successful.
  5. Upon successful connection, the BM5310 may request permission to access your smartphone's address book. Click 'consent'.
  6. The dialer can remotely play songs saved on the connected device.
  7. The phone also supports a Bluetooth anti-lost function (disabled by default).

2.7 File Gestión

Acceso Menú > File Gestión review and manage media resources. This includes default folder structures for audio, photos, and video. You can create new folders, copy, delete, and rename files. It also supports operations on T-flash (Micro SD) cards, such as formatting.

Configuraciones 2.8

The Settings menu allows you to configure system date and time, language, security password, and other phone-related parameters. You can also restore factory settings from this menu. The mobile factory default password is 0000 or 1122.

2.9 Input Method

When editing text, press the '*' key to input punctuation. Use the '#' key to switch between input method modes (En, Abc, 123).

  • En (English): Press the corresponding key once, and the phone will combine words.
  • Abc (Alphabetical): Press number keys to input single English letters. Click once for the first letter, twice for the second, etc. If the next letter is on the same key, wait for the cursor to reappear before entering.
  • 123 (Numeric): Press number keys to directly enter numbers.

3. Características principales

  • 3 SIM Card 3 Standby: Supports three Nano SIM cards simultaneously, allowing you to manage multiple phone numbers.

4.1 Compatibilidad de red

The SERVO BM5310 supports 2G GSM networks: 850/900/1800/1900MHz.

Important Network Notice:

Some countries have already discontinued 2G GSM networks. Please check if your SIM card supports 2G GSM network in your region. Countries like South Korea, Singapore, Japan, Australia, and Israel have stopped 2G networks, and the phone cannot be used in these countries. Additionally, due to network frequency band issues, the mobile phone may not be used normally in Colombia, India, Türkiye, Chile, Azerbaijan, and Tanzania.

4.2 System Languages

The phone supports the following system languages: English, Russian, French, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese, Italian, Deutsch, Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Indonesia, Czech, Hungarian, Vietnamese, Turkish, Arabic, Hebrew, Thai, Greek, Croatian, Persian.

5. Solución de problemas

5.1 El teléfono no se enciende

  • Battery Insulating Tape: Ensure the yellow insulating tape has been removed from the battery terminals. This tape prevents the phone from powering on during shipping.
  • Carga de la batería: If the phone has not been used for a long time, the battery might be completely drained. Charge the phone for 3-5 hours using the provided USB cable and a 5V1A charger.

5.2 Auto Call Recorder Not Working

The phone's internal memory is insufficient for call recording. You must install a Micro SD memory card (up to 32GB) for this feature to function. Once a memory card is installed, navigate to: Settings > Call logs > Call settings > Advanced settings > Auto call recorder para habilitarlo.

5.3 Bluetooth Dialer Connection Issues

If you are experiencing issues connecting the Bluetooth Dialer, ensure both devices have Bluetooth enabled and are discoverable. Follow the steps in section 2.6 "Bluetooth Dialer" carefully. The default pairing password is "0000".

5.4 Problemas de conectividad de red

If you cannot connect to a network or make calls, verify that your SIM card supports 2G GSM networks. Refer to section 4.1 "Network Compatibility" for a list of countries where 2G networks may be discontinued or incompatible.

Before using this mobile phone, please read and comply with the following safety guidelines to avoid dangerous or illegal conditions and ensure optimal device performance.

7.1 Seguridad general

  • Armamentarium: Wireless equipment, including mobile phones, may interfere with armamentarium. Consult a doctor or manufacturer if you have medical devices.
  • Protección auditiva: Use the minimum volume when listening to music or making calls to prevent hearing damage.
  • Flammable and Combustible Areas: Always power off your phone in areas where its use is prohibited, such as gas stations or chemical plants, to prevent explosions.

  • Keep the phone dry; liquids can corrode metallic circuits.
  • Avoid high temperatures, which can shorten the life of electronic instrument, melt plastic, and damage the battery.
  • Do not disassemble the phone; non-professional dismantling can damage the device and void the warranty.
  • Do not use strong acid or alkaline cleansers.
  • Use only original accessories to avoid performance issues and warranty invalidation.

7.3 Children's Health

This phone and its accessories may contain small parts. Keep the phone out of reach of children to prevent damage or accidental ingestion, which can be dangerous.

7.4 Emergency Calls

In an emergency, if the mobile phone is powered on and has network service, you can use it to make emergency calls. However, network availability cannot be guaranteed in all cases, so do not rely solely on this device for emergency contact.

  • Do not use a damaged power line to avoid electric shock or fire.
  • Do not dispose of batteries in fire, as they can explode.

7.7 Servicio y Mantenimiento

  • Keep the equipment and accessories dry. Do not use microwaves or other heating equipment to dry them.
  • Avoid strong impacts or shaking to prevent damage to the equipment or accessories, or combustion/explosion of the battery.
  • Avoid placing the equipment and accessories in areas with extreme temperatures (too high or too low), as this can cause malfunction, fire, or explosion. Battery performance is restricted below 0°C.
  • Do not place metal items like pins near the phone receiver, as the phone's magnet may attract them and cause injury.
  • Clean the equipment and accessories only after powering off and disconnecting from the charger, using mild cleaning agents.
