3. Configuración y montaje
Before first use, wash all parts that will come into contact with food (chopping bowl, lid, blade) in warm soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.

- Carefully place the blade assembly onto the central shaft inside the chopping bowl. Handle blades with extreme caution as they are very sharp.
- Add the ingredients you wish to chop into the bowl. Do not overfill; ensure ingredients are below the maximum fill line.
- Place the lid onto the chopping bowl, aligning the tabs on the lid with the grooves on the bowl. Twist the lid clockwise until it locks securely into place.
- Position the motor unit onto the lid, ensuring it is properly seated.

4. Instrucciones de funcionamiento
The Ritter MC 1750 features simple pulse operation for precise control over chopping consistency.
- Ensure the chopper is correctly assembled and plugged in.
- Press and hold the power button on top of the motor unit to activate the blades. The chopper will operate as long as the button is pressed.
- Release the button to stop the chopping action.
- Use short pulses for coarse chopping or longer pulses for finer results. Monitor the consistency through the transparent bowl.

- Remove the blade assembly before emptying the chopped ingredients. Always handle the blade by its plastic hub.
Consejos para obtener mejores resultados:
- Cut larger ingredients into smaller, uniform pieces (approx. 2-3 cm) before placing them in the bowl.

- For herbs or sticky ingredients, add a small amount of liquid (e.g., oil or water) to aid chopping.
- Avoid processing extremely hard ingredients like coffee beans or ice cubes, as this can damage the blades and motor.
