1. Introducción

This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and efficient operation of your Nuwave 20201 Analog-Controlled Infrared Tabletop Oven. Please read all instructions carefully before use and retain this manual for future reference.

The Nuwave Infrared Oven utilizes a patented triple cooking method: Conduction, Convection, and Far Infrared radiant heat. This combination allows for faster cooking times, energy efficiency, and the ability to cook foods from frozen without preheating or defrosting.

3. Configuración y montaje

Before first use, wash all parts except the power head with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The power head should only be wiped clean with a damp paño.

1. Place the base tray on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
2. Insert the liner pan into the base tray, ensuring its handles are dropped down.
3. Place the cooking rack inside the liner pan. You can choose between high or low rack positions depending on your cooking needs.
4. Carefully place the power dome onto the base tray.
5. Position the power head on top of the dome. Rotate it clockwise until it locks securely into place.

4.1 Quick Start / Default Settings

1. Enchufe el horno a una toma de corriente.

3. Prensa Comenzar to begin cooking. The oven will cook for the default time of 15 minutes.

4.2 Ajuste de temperatura y tiempo

• Para cambiar la temperatura: Presione el Temperatura button, then use the keypad (0-9) to enter your desired temperature. The oven can be set between 50°F and 350°F.
• Para cambiar la hora: Presione el Tiempo button, then use the keypad (0-9) to enter your desired cooking time in hours and minutes. The maximum cooking time is 99 hours and 59 minutes. Note: When cooking at 325°F or higher, the maximum cooking time is 2 hours.

4.3 Uso de ajustes preestablecidos

The oven comes with 100 pre-programmed recipes. Refer to the included recipe book for details on each preset.

4.4 Programming Custom Presets

Preset slots 101 through 150 are available for your custom recipes.

You can program the oven to start cooking at a later time (up to 24 hours delay).

To prevent accidental button presses, you can lock the control panel:

2. While locked, only the Fuerza button will function.
