1. Introducción

The Technoline WT 280 is a radio-controlled alarm clock designed for accurate timekeeping and convenience. It features automatic time synchronization via the DCF77 signal, an indoor temperature display, and an alarm with a snooze function. Botones de control:

TIEMPO: Used for setting the time and date manually.
ALARMA: Used for setting the alarm time.
ALARMA ENCENDIDA / APAGADA: Activa o desactiva la función de alarma.
12/24: Cambia entre formatos de hora de 12 y 24 horas.
°C/°F WAVE: Toggles between Celsius and Fahrenheit for temperature display, and initiates manual DCF77 signal search.

3. Configuración

3.1 Instalación de la batería

Localice el compartimento de la batería en la parte posterior del reloj despertador.
Abra la tapa del compartimiento de la batería.
Insert the required batteries (Las pilas no están incluidas) according to the polarity indicators (+ and -).

3.2 Sincronización horaria inicial (DCF77)

Upon battery installation, the clock will automatically begin searching for the DCF77 radio signal to synchronize the time. This process may take several minutes.

A radio mast icon will appear on the display, indicating signal reception.
Once synchronized, the icon will become solid, and the correct time will be displayed.
The clock will attempt to synchronize automatically every hour, or at specific times (e.g., 2 AM UK time, which is 1 AM UK time for the Frankfurt signal).

3.3 Ajuste manual de hora y fecha

If automatic synchronization is not successful or if you are outside the DCF77 signal range, you can set the time and date manually.

After setting the date, the time zone adjustment will appear. Use 12/24 or °C/°F WAVE to set the offset (e.g., -1 for UK time if the clock defaults to Central European Time).
Prensa TIEMPO to exit manual setting.

4. Instrucciones de funcionamiento

4.1 Configuración de la alarma

Mantenga pulsado el ALARMA Botón hasta que los dígitos de la hora de la alarma parpadeen.
Utilice el 12/24 or °C/°F WAVE Botones para ajustar la hora de la alarma.
Prensa ALARMA again to confirm the hour and move to the alarm minute setting.

4.2 Activación/desactivación de la alarma

An alarm clock symbol will appear on the display when the alarm is active.

4.3 Función de repetición

Cuando suene la alarma, presione el botón grande DORMITOR / LUZ button on top of the clock to activate the snooze function. The alarm will temporarily stop and sound again after a few minutes.

5. Mantenimiento

Limpieza: Limpie el reloj con un paño suave y seco. No utilice limpiadores abrasivos ni disolventes.
