2. Configuración y montaje

2.1 Desembalaje e inspección

Carefully remove the chain saw and all components from the packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage. If any damage is found, do not operate the unit and contact your dealer.

2.2 Instalación de barra y cadena

2. Remove the chain cover nuts and chain cover.
3. Place the chain around the clutch drum and guide bar, ensuring the cutting edges face forward on the top of the bar.
4. Mount the guide bar onto the studs, aligning the chain tensioner pin with the hole in the guide bar.

6. Adjust chain tension using the side access chain tensioner until the chain is snug but can still be pulled freely by hand.

Fill the fuel tank and chain oil reservoir, ensuring not to overfill. Wipe up any spills immediately.

3. Instrucciones de funcionamiento

3.1 Arranque del motor (arranque en frío)

2. Press the purge bulb several times until fuel is visible in the return line.
3. Mueva la palanca del estrangulador a la posición FULL CHOKE.
4. Pull the starter handle firmly and quickly until the engine fires (usually 1-3 pulls). Do not pull the rope to its full extension.
5. Once the engine fires, move the choke lever to the HALF CHOKE position.

7. Once the engine is running, move the choke lever to the RUN position. Allow the engine to warm up for a few moments.

Always maintain a firm grip with both hands on the chain saw handles. Stand with your feet apart for balance. Avoid cutting with the tip of the guide bar to prevent kickback.

• Ramas: Remove branches from a fallen tree. Work from the bottom up, supporting the branch if necessary to prevent pinching.
• Tronco: Cut a fallen log into sections. Be aware of tension and compression in the wood to avoid pinching the bar.
