This manual provides detailed instructions for the operation and maintenance of your Casio Pro Trek PRG-550-1A1 Tough Solar watch. Please read this manual carefully to ensure proper use and to fully utilize its advanced features, including digital compass, altimeter, barometer, and thermometer functions.
1. Configuración inicial
1.1 Carga del reloj (Tough Solar)
Your watch is equipped with a solar charging system. Before initial use, expose the watch face to bright light for several hours to ensure it is sufficiently charged. Avoid covering the watch face during charging. A low battery indicator may appear if the charge is insufficient.

1.2 Configuración de la ciudad y la hora de origen

This is the default mode, displaying the current time, day, and date. The analog hands show the current time, while the digital display can show various information depending on settings.
2.2 Digital Compass Mode (COMP Botón)
Presione el COMP button to enter Compass Mode. The watch will display the current bearing (north, south, east, west) and a graphic representation of the direction. For accurate readings, ensure the watch is held level and away from strong magnetic fields.

2.3 Barometer/Thermometer Mode (BARÓ Botón)
Presione el BARÓ button to display atmospheric pressure and temperature. Temperature readings are most accurate when the watch is removed from the wrist for at least 20-30 minutes to avoid body heat interference.
2.4 Altimeter Mode (ALTÍ Botón)
Presione el ALTÍ button to measure altitude. The altimeter uses a pressure sensor, so readings can be affected by changes in atmospheric pressure due to weather. For best accuracy, calibrate the altimeter frequently using a known altitude reference.
2.5 Other Modes (via MODO Botón)

3. Mantenimiento
3.1 Carga
To maintain optimal performance, ensure the watch is regularly exposed to light for charging. Prolonged storage in darkness can deplete the battery and affect functionality. Refer to the power indicator on the digital display to monitor charge level.
3.2 Resistencia al agua
The PRG-550-1A1 is water resistant to 10 ATM (100 meters). This means it is suitable for swimming and snorkeling. Do not operate buttons while the watch is submerged in water. Avoid exposing the watch to hot water or steam, as this can compromise the seals.
3.3 Limpieza
