1. Configuración
Before operating your DEWALT 20V MAX Cordless Grease Gun, ensure proper setup of the battery, grease cartridge, and hose.
1.1 Instalación y carga de la batería
Insert the 20V MAX XR Lithium-Ion battery (4.0Ah) into the tool until it clicks securely into place. Use the provided fast charger (DCB115) to charge the battery. Refer to the charger's manual for specific charging instructions.

1.2 Loading a Grease Cartridge
- Unscrew the barrel from the main body of the grease gun.

- Insert the open end of the grease cartridge into the barrel.

After loading a new cartridge, it is essential to prime the pump to remove any trapped air. Locate the air-bleeder valve on the grease gun. Loosen the valve slightly while holding the trigger until grease begins to flow. Tighten the valve once grease flows consistently.

Connect the 42-inch flexible hose to the grease gun's output port by screwing it on securely. Ensure a tight connection to prevent leaks.

2.1 Applying Grease
- Ensure the grease gun is properly loaded and primed.
- Attach the coupler at the end of the flexible hose firmly onto the zerk fitting of the component to be lubricated. Ensure a secure connection to prevent grease leakage.
- Press the variable speed trigger to dispense grease. The motor delivers up to 10,000 max PSI and a high-volume pump pushes up to 5.0 oz/min for efficient application.
- Continue dispensing until fresh grease appears at the fitting or as recommended by the component manufacturer.
- Release the trigger and detach the coupler from the zerk fitting.

3. Mantenimiento
