4. Configuración

Follow these steps to assemble your Clarke VP600 Canister Vacuum:

1. Conecte la manguera flexible: Insert the end of the flexible hose into the suction inlet on the main vacuum unit until it clicks securely into place.

1. Encendido/apagado: Locate the large, step-on power button on the main unit. Press it once to turn the vacuum on. Press it again to turn it off.

6.1 Vaciado del depósito de polvo

• The VP600 is a bagless system. When the dust container is full, or suction power decreases, it needs to be emptied.

• Locate the easy-access magnetic closing lid on the main unit. Open the lid to access the dust container.
• Carefully remove the dust container and empty its contents into a waste bin.
• Clean the inside of the dust container with a damp cloth if necessary, and ensure it is completely dry before reinserting.

• The VP600 uses a HEPA filtration system. The filter should be checked regularly and cleaned or replaced as needed.
• Unplug the vacuum. Open the magnetic lid and remove the dust container.
• Locate the HEPA filter. Gently tap the filter over a waste bin to remove loose dust.
• If the filter is washable (check your specific filter instructions), rinse it under cool running water until the water runs clear. Allow it to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinserting. Do not use a dryer or heat.
• Replace the filter if it is damaged or if cleaning does not restore suction power.
