The CAMRY Electric Knife Sharpener uses a two-stage sharpening process. Always start with Stage 1 for dull knives, then proceed to Stage 2 for polishing. For knives that only need a quick touch-up, you may start directly with Stage 2.
5.1. Sharpening (Stage 1 - Coarse)

5.2. Polishing (Stage 2 - Fine)
