5. Instalación y carga de la batería
5.1 Instalación de la batería
The Fenix TK16 v2.0 comes with an ARB-L21-5000U battery pre-installed. If you need to remove or re-install the battery:

- Insert the Fenix ARB-L21-5000U battery with the anode (+) side facing towards the flashlight head.
- Screw the tail cap back on clockwise until it is fully tightened.

5.2 Carga de la batería

6.1 Tactical Tail Switch (Large, Round Button)
- Encendido momentáneo: Lightly press and hold the tactical switch. Release to turn off.
- Encendido/apagado constante: Fully press the tactical switch until a click is heard to turn the flashlight on or off.
6.2 Functional Tail Switch (Smaller, Rectangular Button)
- Mode Switching (Flashlight ON): With the flashlight on, single-click the functional switch to cycle through brightness levels: Eco → Low → Med → High → Turbo. The flashlight will memorize the last selected brightness level (excluding Strobe) for the next activation.
- Instant Strobe (Flashlight ON): With the flashlight on, press and hold the functional switch for 0.5 seconds to activate Strobe mode. Single-click the functional switch again to return to the previously used brightness level.
- Instant Strobe (Flashlight OFF): With the flashlight off, press and hold the functional switch to activate Strobe mode momentarily. Release to turn off.

To prevent accidental activation, especially during transport, you can mechanically lock out the flashlight:
- Slightly loosen the tail cap by turning it counter-clockwise by about half a turn.
- This will break the electrical contact, preventing the flashlight from turning on.
