This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your bicycle. Please read this manual thoroughly before your first ride and keep it for future reference.
The Discovery E8200 is an assisted pedaling trekking bike featuring 28-inch wheels, a cushioned front fork, mechanical disc brakes, and a Shimano 7-speed derailleur. It is equipped with a 250W rear wheel motor and a 36V 10.4Ah (374.4 Wh) battery, offering up to 70 km of range and a maximum assisted speed of 25 km/h. The bike includes 6 levels of assistance controlled via an LCD screen on the handlebar, along with a 6 km/h walk-assist function.

Configuración y montaje inicial
Your Discovery E8200 bike may require some assembly upon arrival. Follow these steps carefully:
- Desembalaje: Retire con cuidado la bicicleta y todos sus componentes del embalaje. Conserve el embalaje para posibles futuros transportes o devoluciones.
- Instalación del manillar: Attach the handlebar to the stem. Ensure it is centered and the bolts are tightened securely. Adjust the angle for comfortable riding.
- Tija de sillín y sillín: Insert the seat post into the frame and adjust the saddle height to ensure your feet can comfortably touch the ground when stopped, or for optimal pedaling efficiency. Tighten the quick-release lever or bolt.

1. Encendido/apagado y pantalla LCD
The LCD display on your handlebar controls the electric assist system.
- Encendido: Mantenga presionado el botón de encendido en la pantalla durante unos segundos hasta que la pantalla se ilumine.
- Apagado: Mantenga presionado el botón de encendido nuevamente hasta que la pantalla se apague.
- Información de la pantalla: The LCD shows current speed, battery level, assistance level (PAS), trip distance, and total odometer.
- Niveles de asistencia: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to cycle through the 6 levels of pedal assistance. Level 1 provides minimal assist, while Level 6 provides maximum assist.
- Walk-Assist Function: Press and hold the '-' button (or a dedicated walk-assist button if present) to activate the 6 km/h walk-assist mode, useful for pushing the bike uphill or through pedestrian areas.

2. Cambio de marchas (Shimano de 7 velocidades)
Your bike is equipped with a Shimano 7-speed derailleur system.

- Shift to a higher gear (smaller cog) for faster speeds on flat terrain or downhill.

3. Braking System (Mechanical Disc Brakes)
The Discovery E8200 features mechanical disc brakes for reliable stopping power.
- The right brake lever controls the rear brake, and the left brake lever controls the front brake.
- Apply both brakes simultaneously for effective and controlled stopping.

- Brake performance may be reduced in wet conditions. Ride cautiously.

Mantenimiento
Regular maintenance will prolong the life of your electric bike and ensure safe operation.
- Cuidado de la batería:
