Introducción
Flex Seal MAX is an all-purpose rubberized sealant coating designed to effectively coat, seal, protect, and stop leaks quickly. This product seeps into cracks and holes, drying to a watertight, flexible, and durable rubberized coating that can be painted over. It is formulated to remain flexible and pliable for many years, resisting sagging or dripping in heat and cracking or peeling in cold.

Preparación y aplicación
1. Preparación de la superficie
Read the entire can before use. Ensure the area to be treated is clean, dry, and free of grease or oil. Wear appropriate face and eye protection during application.

Shake the can well before use. Hold the can approximately 8 to 12 inches from the surface and spray several even coats until all cracks and holes are completely filled. Apply additional coats as needed to ensure the area is fully sealed and watertight, especially if any light passes through.

3. Drying Time
Flex Seal MAX will be dry to the touch in 2 to 9 hours. For full curing and maximum effectiveness, allow approximately 24 hours for the product to fully dry.

Mantenimiento y almacenamiento
To prevent clogging of the nozzle, invert the can after each use and apply a short burst to clear any remaining product.
Store Flex Seal MAX in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and sources of ignition. Do not expose to heat or store at temperatures above 120°F (49°C).
Once dry, Flex Seal MAX can be painted any color, allowing for seamless integration with your project's aesthetics.

Solución de problemas
If the product is not sealing effectively, ensure that the surface was clean and dry prior to application. Apply additional even coats as needed to completely fill all gaps and cracks.
