2. Instrucciones de seguridad

4. Configuración
4.1 Desembalaje
- Retire con cuidado el dispositivo de su embalaje.

- Inspect the device for any signs of damage. If damaged, do not operate and contact customer support.
4.2 Colocación
For optimal performance, place the dehumidifier in a location that allows for proper airflow.
- Ensure at least 20 cm (8 inches) of clear space around all sides of the unit.
- Place the unit on a firm, level surface to prevent vibrations and noise.
- Evite colocar la unidad cerca de fuentes de calor o bajo la luz solar directa.
- Do not place the unit in areas where it might be exposed to splashing water.

4.3 Conexión de alimentación
Conecte el cable de alimentación a una toma de corriente con conexión a tierra. La unidad ya está lista para funcionar.
5. Instrucciones de funcionamiento
5.1 Panel de control
El panel de control le permite gestionar todas las funciones del deshumidificador.

- Botón de encendido: Enciende/apaga la unidad.
- Botón de modo: Cycles through operating modes (Auto, Continuous, Laundry Drying, Night Mode).
- Botones de ajuste de humedad (+/-): Ajusta el nivel de humedad objetivo.
- Botón del temporizador: Establece el temporizador de encendido o apagado automático.
- Botón de velocidad del ventilador: Ajusta la velocidad del ventilador (si está disponible).
- Mostrar: Muestra la humedad actual, la humedad objetivo o la configuración del temporizador.

5.2 Configuración de la humedad objetivo
In Auto mode, you can set your desired humidity level:
- Press the Mode button until Auto mode is selected.
- Use the '+' or '-' buttons to adjust the target humidity between 30% and 80% relative humidity.

- Modo automático: Maintains a user-defined humidity level.
- Deshumidificación continua: Runs continuously regardless of humidity level. Ideal for very damp entornos.

- Modo nocturno: Operates at a lower fan speed for quieter operation, suitable for bedrooms.
5.4 Función de temporizador
The timer can be set for automatic switch-on or switch-off:
- Presione el botón Timer.
- Use the '+' or '-' buttons to set the desired operating hours (1-24 hours).
- The timer will activate after a few seconds if no further input is made.
5.5 Tanque de agua y drenaje continuo
The unit features a 2.5-liter water tank. When full, the unit will automatically shut off and an indicator light will illuminate.

Vaciado del depósito de agua:
- Extraiga con cuidado el tanque de agua de la parte trasera de la unidad.
- Vaciar el agua recogida.
- Slide the tank back into place until it clicks securely.
Configuración de drenaje continuo:
For continuous operation without emptying the tank, connect a hose to the drainage outlet.

- Localice la salida de drenaje continuo en la parte posterior de la unidad.
- Connect a suitable hose (not included) to this outlet.
- Ensure the hose is directed downwards to a drain or container, allowing gravity to facilitate water flow.
6. Mantenimiento
El mantenimiento regular garantiza la longevidad y la eficiencia de su deshumidificador.
6.1 Limpieza del prefiltro
The pre-filter captures larger particles like dust and pet hair and should be cleaned regularly.
- Desconecte el dispositivo.
- Remove the air inlet grille at the back of the unit.
- Carefully remove the pre-filter.
- Clean the pre-filter with a vacuum cleaner or rinse it under running water. Allow it to dry completely before reinserting.
- Reinstall the pre-filter and the air inlet grille.
6.2 Reemplazo del filtro HEPA
The HEPA filter removes fine particles and should be replaced periodically (typically every 6-12 months, depending on usage and air quality).

- Desconecte el dispositivo.
- Remove the air inlet grille and the pre-filter as described above.
- Retire con cuidado el filtro HEPA viejo.
- Insert a new, genuine TROTEC HEPA filter.
- Reinstall the pre-filter and the air inlet grille.
6.3 Limpieza del tanque de agua
Limpie el tanque de agua periódicamente para evitar el crecimiento de moho y bacterias.
- Retire y vacíe el tanque de agua.
- Lave el tanque con detergente suave y agua tibia.
- Enjuague bien y seque antes de volver a insertarlo.
6.4 Limpieza del exterior
