Introducción

Gracias por la compraasing the SENCOR SWS 5400 Weather Station. This device provides comprehensive weather information including indoor and outdoor temperature, humidity, and a weather forecast. It also features a projection clock and alarm functions. Please read this manual carefully before use to ensure proper operation and to maximize the lifespan of your product.

Configuración

1. Alimentación de la unidad principal:
   • Insert 2x 1.5V AA batteries (not included) into the main unit's battery compartment.
   • Conecte el adaptador de corriente incluido a la unidad principal y enchúfelo a una toma de corriente. La pantalla se iluminará.
2. Alimentación del sensor remoto:
   • Insert 2x 1.5V AAA batteries (not included) into the remote sensor's battery compartment.
   • Place the remote sensor outdoors in a sheltered location, away from direct sunlight and rain, to ensure accurate readings. The transmission range is up to 70 meters in open areas.
3. Emparejamiento de sensores:
   • The main unit will automatically attempt to connect with the remote sensor. This may take a few minutes.
   • Once connected, the outdoor temperature and humidity will be displayed on the main unit.
4. Configuración inicial de hora y fecha:
   • The unit features a radio-controlled clock (DCF77 signal). It will automatically synchronize the time and date. This process can take several hours, especially during initial setup.
   • Manual time setting is also possible if the DCF77 signal is not available or desired. Refer to the "Operating Instructions" section for manual setting.

• Pronóstico del tiempo: Displays icons for sunny, partially cloudy, cloudy, rainy, or snowy conditions.
• Temperatura y humedad interior: Shows current readings for the main unit's location.
• Temperatura exterior: Displays readings from the wireless remote sensor.
• Barometric Trend Indicator: Indicates rising, stable, or falling atmospheric pressure.
• Time, Date, Day of Week: Digital display with day of the week in 10 languages (EN, DE, FR, ES, IT, NL, DA, RU, CZ, NO).
• Max/Min Memory: Records maximum and minimum temperature/humidity readings over a 24-hour period.

Funciones de los botones:

• MODE / SET: Used to switch display modes and enter setting menus.
• MÁX/MÍN: View valores máximos y mínimos registrados.
• REGULADOR DE INTENSIDAD: Adjust display brightness (Hi / Lo / Off).
• ALARMA: Set and activate the alarm function.
• POSTPIERTA / LUZ: Activates snooze during an alarm; temporarily illuminates the display.

Setting Time and Date Manually:

1. Mantenga pulsado el MODE / SET para ingresar al modo de configuración de hora.
2. Utilice el MÁXIMO / MÍNIMO Botones para ajustar los valores.
3. Prensa MODE / SET again to confirm and move to the next setting (e.g., 12/24 hour format, hour, minute, year, month, day, day of week language).
4. Salga del modo de configuración presionando MODE / SET repeatedly or waiting for automatic exit.

Función de alarma:

1. Presione el ALARMA botón para view la hora de la alarma.
2. Mantenga pulsado ALARMA para ingresar al modo de configuración de alarma.
3. Usar MÁXIMO / MÍNIMO para ajustar la hora y los minutos.
4. Prensa ALARMA Para confirmar.
5. Para activar/desactivar la alarma, presione el botón ALARMA Presione brevemente el botón cuando no esté en modo de configuración. Aparecerá o desaparecerá un icono de alarma en la pantalla.
6. Cuando suene la alarma, presione DORMITORIO / LUZ for snooze function. Press any other button to stop the alarm for 24 hours.

• The projector can display weather forecasts with time or temperature.
• Use the projection rotation function to adjust the display orientation.
• The projection brightness is optimized for low-light conditions.

Mantenimiento

• Limpieza: Limpie la unidad principal y el sensor con un paño suave y seco. No utilice limpiadores abrasivos ni disolventes.
• Reemplazo de batería: Replace batteries in both the main unit and remote sensor when the low battery indicator appears on the display. Ensure correct polarity.
• Colocación: Avoid placing the main unit in direct sunlight, near heat sources, or in areas with high vibration. Ensure the remote sensor is protected from direct weather elements.
