3. Conectar controlador: Locate the connector on the mattress pad. Plug the controller cord firmly into this connector. For Twin size, there is one controller.

A: If an ERROR is detected, the controller display will show an "E" followed by a number, and the power to the heating element will not be turned on. If you encounter this "ERROR" condition, refer to the instructions in your manual for specific troubleshooting steps or contact customer support.

A: This is typically caused by a bunched or pinched heating element. Ensure the heated mattress pad is laid flat and not tucked in, and that nothing heavy is on it.
