Configuración e instalación

Follow these steps to properly install your ELEGOO Mini Heater:

1. Remove the top cover of your compatible ELEGOO 3D printer.
2. Locate the designated mounting area on the back of the printer's top cover. This area typically has a filler plate secured by screws.
3. Remove the existing filler plate.
4. Position the Mini Heater's mounting bracket on the outer side of the top cover's back, aligning it with the screw holes.
5. From the inside of the top cover, use the provided screws and Allen key to secure the mounting bracket. Ensure it is firmly attached.
6. Align the Mini Heater unit with the button hole and screw holes on the mounting bracket and place it in the installation position.
7. Secure the Mini Heater to the mounting bracket using the provided screws and Allen key.
8. Carefully tidy up any cables and replace the top cover onto the printer.
9. Plug the Mini Heater's power cord into the power adapter, and then plug the adapter into a power outlet.
10. Turn on the Mini Heater using its power switch. The unit will automatically begin heating to the optimal temperature.

Once installed and powered on, the ELEGOO Mini Heater operates automatically. It will continuously monitor the internal temperature of your 3D printer's chamber and activate heating when the temperature drops below 25°C, stopping when it reaches or exceeds 25°C. This ensures a consistent and optimal environment for resin printing.

• Precalentamiento: For best results, it is recommended to turn on the Mini Heater approximately 20-30 minutes before starting a print to allow the resin and printer chamber to reach the desired temperature.
• Escucha: The Mini Heater features a real-time temperature display, allowing you to monitor the chamber temperature.

Mantenimiento

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Mini Heater.

• Reemplazo del filtro de carbón: The Mini Heater includes an active carbon filter for air purification. These filters should be replaced periodically depending on usage to maintain effective odor and impurity removal. The product comes with two additional carbon filters.
• Limpieza: Keep the exterior of the Mini Heater clean and free from dust and resin spills. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning.

Mini Heater PCB Replacement
