This bridge supports up to 256 SONOFF Zigbee sub-devices and provides robust connectivity with both Wi-Fi and wired Ethernet options, extending communication range up to 200m in Turbo Mode. 4. Guía de configuración

Follow these steps for the initial setup of your SONOFF Zigbee Bridge Ultra:

1. Conexión de energía: Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the ZBBridge-U and plug the other end into a suitable USB power adapter (not included). The device will power on.

• Make sure the sub-device is within close proximity to the Zigbee Bridge Ultra during the pairing process.
• Check if the sub-device is a SONOFF brand device and compatible with the eWeLink ecosystem, as the bridge only supports these.
• Verify that the bridge has not reached its maximum capacity of 256 sub-devices.

7.4 Matter Integration Problems

• Confirm that both the Zigbee Bridge Ultra and your Matter hub are connected to the same local area network (LAN).
• Ensure your Matter hub is properly set up and functioning.
