3. Configuración y montaje

1. Desempaque el dispositivo: Carefully remove the Red Light Therapy Pad, power adapter, and controller from the packaging.
2. Conecte el adaptador de corriente: Insert the power adapter cable into the designated port on the controller.
3. Connect the Controller to the Pad: Plug the controller cable into the port on the Red Light Therapy Pad. Ensure all connections are secure.

4. Instrucciones de funcionamiento

• Botón de encendido: Presione para encender/apagar el dispositivo.
• Botón de modo (M): Cycles through 5 light modes:
  • Constant 660nm Red Light
  • Constant 850nm Near-Infrared Light
  • Constant ALL (660nm + 850nm)
  • 10Hz Pulse ALL (660nm + 850nm)
  • 40Hz Pulse ALL (660nm + 850nm)
• Botones de brillo (+/-): Ajusta la intensidad de la luz (5 niveles).
• Botón del temporizador: Sets the session duration (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 minutes). The device will automatically shut off after the selected time.

Pasos de uso:

1. Posicionamiento del pad: Place the therapy pad over the desired area (neck, shoulders, upper back). Ensure you are wearing light, thin clothing for optimal effect.
2. Encendido: Press the Power button on the controller.
3. Seleccionar modo: Press the Mode button (M) to choose your preferred light mode.
4. Ajustar el brillo: Use the Brightness +/- buttons to set the desired light intensity.
5. Establecer temporizador: Press the Timer button to select the session duration. It is recommended to start with shorter sessions (e.g., 10-15 minutes) and gradually increase as tolerated, up to 30 minutes per session.
6. Relajarse: Enjoy your therapy session. The device will turn off automatically when the timer expires.
7. Apagado: If you wish to end the session early, press the Power button.

Nota: For best results, consistent use over 4 or more weeks is recommended. Avoid using the pad for prolonged periods or while sleeping.

• Limpieza: The detachable sweatproof guard can be removed and cleaned with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main pad or controller in water.
