3.2 FOXWELL BT100 12V Car Battery Tester
The BT100 is a compact and easy-to-use 12V car battery tester. It provides quick and accurate readings for various battery health parameters, including voltage, CCA rating, internal resistance, state of charge, and state of health. It is compatible with a wide range of 12V battery types.

4. Configuración e instalación
4.1 FOXWELL BT630 Installation
The BT630 requires installation of a shunt to accurately measure current flow. Follow these steps:
- Identificar componentes: The BT630 system includes the main monitor unit, a shunt, and connecting cables.
- Shunt Placement: Install the shunt on the negative side of your battery bank. Ensure it is securely mounted in a dry, well-ventilated area.
- Alambrado: Connect the main negative cable from your battery bank to the 'BATTERY' terminal on the shunt. Connect the negative cable from your load/charger to the 'LOAD' terminal on the shunt.
- Conexión del monitor: Connect the small gauge wires from the BT630 monitor to the shunt's communication terminals and the battery's positive terminal for voltage sensing. Refer to the wiring diagram provided with your BT630 for precise connections.

4.2 FOXWELL BT100 Connection
Connecting the BT100 is straightforward:

5. Instrucciones de funcionamiento
5.1 Using the FOXWELL BT630 App
The BT630 operates via a dedicated mobile application. Download the 'FOXWELL BMS' app from your device's app store.
- Emparejamiento: Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to pair with your BT630 device via Bluetooth.
- Monitoreo en tiempo real: The app will display real-time metrics including: % de SOC (State of Charge), Volumentage, Actual, Capacidad restante, Fuerza, Temperatura, Tiempo de ejecución estimado, y Charge/Discharge History.
- Data Graphs: View historical data and trends through clear graphical representations.
- Alerts and Protection: Configure customizable alerts for over/under-voltage, charge/discharge overcurrent, overpower, over-temperature, low-temperature, and low SOC. The system can also trigger a power cutoff (requires an external relay, not included).

5.2 Performing Tests with FOXWELL BT100
Once connected, the BT100 will display the main menu. Use the navigation buttons (ESC, UP, DOWN, ENTER) to select and perform tests.

6. Mantenimiento
6.1 Cuidados generales

7. Solución de problemas
- BT630 Not Connecting via Bluetooth: Ensure the BT630 is powered on and within range of your mobile device. Check your phone's Bluetooth settings and restart both the app and the BT630 if necessary.
- Inaccurate BT630 Readings: Perform a manual calibration as described in Section 6.2. Ensure all wiring connections to the shunt and battery are secure and correct.
- BT100 Not Powering On: Verifique que el clamps are securely connected to the correct battery terminals and that the battery has sufficient voltage (normalmente por encima de 8 V).
- BT100 'Charge & Retest' Message: This indicates the battery's charge is too low for an accurate test. Charge the battery fully and retest.
